The two-level apartment includes two air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a small bathroom with a sink and washing machine, and an outdoor space with a table and chairs for dining.

We are in the beautiful Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site since 2004.

"IL PODERACCIO" is a typical stone farmhouse located on the hills surrounding Lake Trasimeno, immersed in beautiful Mediterranean vegetation. The building is spread across two floors. The pool and garden frame the whole. The swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th. Please note that following the COVID 19 emergency, all the directives required by the legislation have been adopted for cleaning and sanitizing the house.
