Farm apartment on the outskirts of Maastricht

This unique accommodation is part of an old farmhouse, located on the outskirts of Maastricht. You will stay in the middle of nature just 15 minutes by bike from the center of Maastricht. The apartment, which is set up as a loft, is beautifully designed and finished with beautiful and durable materials. You can use the lovely natural swimming pool that is available in summer and winter, located in the large (shared) garden. The hustle and bustle nearby and the peace and nature immediately available :)

Hoeve Heem, ligt in het rustige landelijke Terblijt. De voormalige paardenstal is verbouwd tot een comfortabel 6 persoons vakantiehuis. Met een eigen tuin, verwarming, houtkachel en twee badkamers. De omgeving van de woning is zeer geschikt voor mensen die van wandelen houden. Onze hoeve ligt bijvoorbeeld op een etappe van het Pieterpad. Ook per fietst is er voldoende uitdaging, naast veel natuurschoon zijn bijvoorbeeld het centrum van Maastricht en Valkenburg per fiets bereikbaar.

The cottage is hidden from sights, located nearby the wonderful Ninglinspo in the Amblève Valley, ensuring many hiking trails nearby and a wonderful environment in the middle of the Belgian Ardennes!

So you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Due to its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.

It is a cozy apartment for two people located in Meerssen. The apartment is located in a wooded area where you can enjoy hiking and cycling, there is also a nice and neat outdoor swimming pool just 5 minutes' walk away that can be visited for a fee. It is an 8-minute walk to Meerssen station and 10 minutes to the beautiful city center where there are several restaurants and cafes. Furthermore, Maastricht, Valkenburg and Aachen are easily accessible nearby.

It is the old baking house of the original farmhouse and even has an old well, now covered with glass, inside the downstairs bedroom. It is ideally situated in Oost-Maarland, 5km outside Maastricht, with the nr 15 bus stop 100m away. Perfect for runners, bikers, hikers, nature lovers and water sporters (the Maas and lake are 5min walk away). Free parking on property.

It is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac opposite the Karman auditorium of the University of RWTH Aachen, very central location, 5 minutes' walk to the market square, town hall and Aachen Cathedral with many restaurants and cafes and cultural offerings.
