Gastensuite Via Mosae is an idyllic holiday paradise in the outskirts of Valkenburg-Sibbe-Margraten. Here, there is a cozy atmosphere, and you can immerse yourself in the tranquility and space that the Heuvelland has to offer. Take the bike, put on your hiking boots and enjoy a beautiful wide and unobstructed view over the South Limburg hills. The picturesque city center of Valkenburg is within walking distance. And those who love cities can quickly reach Maastricht, Aachen, Liège or Hasselt. There is something for everyone.

Hoeve Heem

Hoeve Heem, is located in quiet rural Terblijt. The former horse stable has been converted into a comfortable 6-person holiday home. With a private garden, heating, a wood-burning stove, and two bathrooms. The area around the property is ideal for people who enjoy hiking. For example, our farm is located on a section of the Pieterpad trail. There is also plenty of adventure to be had by bike: in addition to the beautiful natural surroundings, you can reach Maastricht city centre and Valkenburg by bike, for example.

Studio valkenburg

Pleasant ground floor studio in the center of Valkenburg for rent. The studio is located at the foot of Daalhemerweg, close to the ruins and just a few steps from the Cauberg. In the neighborhood you will find many nice restaurants and terraces. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a storage space for bicycles. Bemelen, experience a welcome home.

This holiday home is located in one of the most beautiful villages in South Limburg, at the foot of the Bemelerberg. An ideal place to start hiking, biking or golfing. Within walking distance are various venues with beautiful terraces, where you can literally taste and experience the Burgundian life. Maastricht, Valkenburg, Aachen, Liège are easily accessible. Possibility for creative workshops such as pottery and Limburg pie baking. From September 26 with an outdoor terrace in our backyard.

Cottage with beautiful views in South Limburg

This renovated cottage is located in a green garden in the hills of Limburg. Relax on the wooden porch or the terrace (with Jacuzzi) and enjoy the view of green landscapes and horses. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

"Hoeve de Bies" beautiful accommodation with breakfast

In 2019, we completely renovated a part of our monumental farmhouse into a beautiful farmhouse; Hoeve de Bies. Hoeve de Bies has all the comforts. So you can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various homemade products. Due to its location, Hoeve de Bies is the ideal base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. So you can shop, and experience culture in Valkenburg and Maastricht. In addition, there are beautiful cycling and hiking routes to explore the Heuvelland.

Located in the village of Vilt, easily accessible (bus is 3 min. walking distance), against the flank of the Cauberg, at the edge of the forest. Explore - on foot or by bike - the Geuldal, the hills, the bustling Valkenburg (less than a kilometer away), Maastricht with its brown pubs and unique historic city center or take a day trip to nearby Aachen or Liège. Enjoy and relax!

Comfortable and quiet overnight stay in heuvelland

Luxurious, tastefully furnished suites with unobstructed views over the hills. Bedroom with 2-person Swiss Sense box springs. Bathroom (bath and/or walk-in shower). Kitchenette with coffee/tea facilities, air fryer/oven, stove, fridge and dishwasher. All suites have a private terrace or balcony. In summer, there is a barbecue outside by the terraces. Buitenplaats Welsdael is a unique base for hiking and cycling trips on the plateau of Margraten near Maastricht.

Atmospheric home in historic center

In the Jekerkwartier, close to the city center, in one of the oldest parts of the city where the river "Jeker" runs under the state, is our very quiet house. By means of a narrow staircase, you reach the 2nd floor where the kitchen, living room, toilet and the first bedroom with two single beds are located. On the 4th floor, you will find the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom without toilet but with walk-in shower, two sinks and a washing machine.

Hoeve ‘ Rooth (Newly renovated Luxury Loft)

The monumental Hoeve 't Rooth is located 10 minutes from Maastricht and Valkenburg, on top of the Bemelerberg, in the Limburg hill country. You enter the 100m2 studio via its own driveway and entrance. A combination of modern convenience and original elements from the building from 1729 provide a historic and romantic place. This is the location to enjoy the Limburg landscape in peace. Do you still want to go to the city for a day? It is only 10 minutes away.
