This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. Apartment No. 2 is located in a family house in Vinišće. Next to the house and apartment there is a swimming pool with indoor stairs, a mini golf course, a gazebo with seating and billiards, a basketball court, an outdoor barbecue and a parking lot. The interior of the apartment consists of two rooms, a kitchen with a living room, a bathroom and a hallway. The room is equipped with beds of superior quality and comfort. The apartment is ideal for four people, and the fifth, if necessary, can be a child who would sleep on an extra bed.
