The semi-detached house is very well arranged on 2 floors. The house is modern and has all the necessities. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of space. The place is very quiet with a very nice garden area. Bertrand is very friendly and available. We are already looking forward to being able to come back! Fabrice

A great location in the centre of this very pretty town. Philippe was very helpful and friendly when we arrived and very hospitable. The apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.

Manon's apartment was perfect for our short stay in Caen. Highly recommended! It was a spacious and well equipped apartment right in the centre of the town with a great view of the cathedral. Excellent stay for 4 adults in this very nice apartment very clean, well arranged and tastefully decorated. Ideal location because very close to the city center on foot. We stayed on weekdays so we didn't get to meet Laurent but the message communication went very well because Laurent is very responsive and we retain this address for next time with great pleasure.

The accommodation is charming, extremely functional and conveniently located. Lisa and Maxence were very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at Aurélie and Ludovic's! The check-in instructions were very clear, the place clean and as described. The accommodation is very convenient as it has parking, and it is located close to a supermarket / pharmacy. Caen city center is a 10 min drive! We recommend!

What a pleasure to have been able to go green and enjoy the (very great) proximity to the sea for a few days! Communication and hospitality were best done with Astrid and Eric, who were attentive and responsive hosts. The apartment is as advertised: comfortable and well-equipped. We had a great time with the family recharging the batteries. We can only recommend.

Marie-Thérèse's apartment is very well located near shops and 10 minutes from the beach on foot. Despite this proximity, the environment is very quiet. The apartment is well equipped and it was very clean upon arrival. Marie-Thérèse was responsive in our exchanges and flexible for our arrival time because we were late because of a problem with our vehicle and then traffic jams. Her hosting was very nice.
