You can explore famous places such as Geiranger and Olden (about 2 hours), Loen with Loen Skylift (1.5 hours), the bird island Runde, Øye (1 hour) and the Jugendbyen Ålesund (1.5 hours), and take mountain tours on foot or on skis to Slogen, Saudehornet, Liadalsnipa, Molladalen and Melshornet (can walk from the cabin). Close to several alpine and cross-country ski slopes.
