74 square meter new apartment (built in 2022) in the attic with 3 rooms, balcony (16 sqm) and underground parking space. The apartment is located between Lindau and Bregenz. In summer you can almost go bathing on the public beach at your doorstep. If you like more infrastructure, it is not far to the beach. In winter, you can quickly reach the ski resorts in the Bregenz Forest by car. With the Schizug, which stops almost at your doorstep, you can easily reach the ski resorts in Montafon.

In 3 minutes you can reach the lake with a jetty for direct bathing fun. Ice cream parlor and Seebar can also be reached in 3 minutes. Here you can enjoy the evening with a sundowner or, of course, end the evenings by the lake on the spacious terrace. Bregenz can be reached in 5 minutes by bike or 10 minutes on foot.

Leave your car in your parking lot (no small trucks) and use the public bus in front of the house. The festival evening🎻🍾🌜 is a 20-minute walk without traffic jams, along Lake Constance, within walking distance of Lake Constance. The house is directly at the campsite Weiß and Natura 2000 area.
