The Forest House sits in front of a private Lake Sanksaare in between 120-year-old pine trees. The house can be heated by a wood burning stove with a beautiful glass door to enjoy the flames. The Sauna has juniper ceiling giving an amazing aroma. Washing is done in the old-school method with a bowl of warm water and mug to shower oneself. There is plenty of dry firewood on the premise all included in the booking price. The lights lead to a romantic outdoor toilet cabin 15m from the house.

A balcony with a view of the Lake Lämmiji with the possibility of staying overnight. Parvsaun is located on the shore of Värska Sanatorium. In the beach area, you can grill, play disc golf or volleyball, a children's playground nearby and, by prior arrangement, the possibility of swinging (overcharge). There is also a beach cafe operating on the beach, from which it is also possible to rent a water bike, boat, canoes, bikes and dicgolf discs.
