Since we only rent out the garden floor room of the villa, you will not have guests other than you and the garden is for your use. There are restaurants, entertainment centers and a marina within walking distance of our house. Alaçatı is 15 minutes away by car. Your room can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. We have free parking

You have access to 3 bedrooms (2p per room), 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. It can host up to 8 guests with 2 queen size beds, 1 bunk bed and a queen size sofa bed. Baby cribs & baby equipment are available upon request. In walking distance you can find cafeteria, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy & hospital.

It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.
