This is a LEGAL vacation rental. Private yard on a permitter lot with unobstructed ocean and mountain views and just a few minutes drive to many clean, sand bottom beaches. The pool and rec center should be completed in 2024. Any combination of 4 guests is okay as long as there is a max of 2 adults.

Amazing beach front property on the East Shore of Oahu. 30-day minimum rental. Hear the waves from every room in the house. Very comfortable home, window units available, but you might rather open the five sets of French Doors & sliding glass door to enjoy the trade winds and ocean sounds. Great fishing right outside the back of the house. Ten minutes from the Polynesian Culture center and great food options. Great Thai food, malasadas, and Dole ice cream. Short drive to North Shore.

Rustic 2 bedroom cottage located on beachfront property. Fenced yard and gated access to beach. I have lived here over 30 years and still think it the best beach and area. Please read National Geographic Feb 2015 "Hawaiian Renaissance" for more. To clarify: The rate per night is based on 1-2 adults. Thereafter it is $25 per night per adult up to 4 maximum. Beach Beauty and Comfort in remote Oahu Paradise

This is among the nicest locations in all Hawaii. You are literally over a quiet, beautiful pristine beach. Beautiful valley views East. Sparsely populated beach below. Excellent sand and swimming. Beach amenities on hand. The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and nicely updated. Great local swimming, snorkeling, surfing, hiking, dolphins, turtles. Personally, I do not know a better place in Hawaii to visit if you do not need bars and shopping. Nice facility amenities below.
