Condo vacation rentals in Wailea

We had amazing stay at Paniolo Greens. It is so peaceful and room was spacious. They are part of time share property by Wyndham. There are all essentials like gas stations, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. It gets dark so I would suggest to check in before sunset but front desk was very friendly and helpful. Desi was prompt in communicating and helpful. We would love to stay again.

I was there with my boyfriend for the week. The location was great! Within walking distance g distance to great restaurants and the best farmers market I’ve ever been to. The views are absolutely stunning. Watching the sunrise in the morning was so beautiful. We felt right at home. I would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much Carla and Joe! It was a little slice of heaven there.

We enjoyed our stay at Paniolo Greens resort. Location was very convenient to explore the whole island + you get to stay close to the best white sand beaches - Hapuna and Waialea beaches. Recreation area is a plus, with swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, pool and football tables. You can rent out beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. right from the resort, which was very convenient. Grocery store is a few minutes away, which was very convenient. Make sure to check the flock of rosy-faced lovebirds that live close to the store! This is a time share place, you get the room assignment at the check in. I had troubles getting responses from multiple other hosts with similar time shares. Bianka, in contrast, was very quick with her replies and super helpful, and it was a pleasure to communicate with her. She is a superhost!

Marisa's place was excellent ! We were a family of 5 and we had plenty of space with showers and bathrooms for all ! The condo is spacious, with beach towels and chairs provided. Great availability of the grill, seasonings and other cooking pots and pans. Beds were absolutly comfy, we all slept well and were able to rest after very stressful few months. In addition to all these great things, access to the private beach is absolutely lovely, the beach has the best snorkeling, apart from the Captain cook's spot, we loved it! From the condo you can easily walk to the Island Gourmet store, 10 min and you are there, all walking on the private property. Absolutely perfect stay for our family and we would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you for hosting us. Mahalo

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Comfortable furnishing and very clean.. Amenities at two resorts are nice to have with additional fees. Mauna Kea beach is one of most beautiful beaches we've visited, absolutely loved it. Will definitely come back to stay here at Kamuela.

This was a great place to stay. Great location, good price, private. Elia was very nice and even reached out to make sure I was doing okay during a storm.

This place was exactly as described. We needed to extend our booking and Alexey was able to accommodate this for us. We enjoyed the amazing view from our balcony each morning!

We enjoyed our stay at Greg and Jeff’s home. They were quick to answer questions, even with our time differences. We felt right at home and had a wonderful time. Mauna Lani beach club was a great place to hangout and they have nice bathrooms and a restaurant. A short walk to the fish ponds and the Mauna Lani resort. We loved to walk over and have a “Ube”colada. We walked to Tommy Bahamas happy hour. We were always busy finding new beaches, farmers markets, enjoying national parks and more. Best island ever and Greg and Jeff’s home was the icing on the cake. We would love to come back next year.

By far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed in. Beautiful view. A very short drive to Hapuna beach which is our favorite beach on the big island. Walkable to the amenity center with an excellent pool and a hot tub, which are usually so empty it feels like a private pool. The place is very spacious and pristine. Photos really don’t do it justice. Well stocked on beach / pool things and home amenity. Kitchen in particular is so well equipped with every possible pots pans tools dinnerware and bakeware. Super easy to do quick food for children. Between the high quality things in the house, and the tasteful decor it feels much more like home than a rental place. The host is very nice and accommodating too. Will make this a default for our annual big island trips. :)

Ninik’s condo was perfect for our party of six (four adults and two small children). It is well furnished, tastefully decorated and offers a well equipped kitchen. The location is very private with only a short walk to the clubhouse and swimming pools. We would gladly rent this property again.

Our family really enjoyed this stay. The condo is clean, well appointed, and has a good layout. Well stocked kitchen and beach equipment were great additions. The resort access was great. We also enjoyed the location - close to the best beaches and also not a far drive from some delicious local restaurants in Waimea. Communication was seamless, and this Airbnb had the best guidebook I’ve seen. Highly recommended!

This was a great spot for our family of 4 to explore the Big Island. The amenities for the beach and pool were a fabulous addition! Everything was just as we expected and allowed us to have a wonderful vacation visiting our niece who lives close by.

This place is absolutely amazing. A beautiful apartment with a stunning lanai, a great pool overlooking the ocean, and a black sand beach just a 3-minute walk away where you can swim with sea turtles. Gorgeous sunrises and a nearby little village with a truly local Hawaiian vibe. Pure paradise! Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! Joe and Cindy were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The place was beautiful, well-stocked with everything we needed, and parking was super easy. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Great place to stay, very clean and well stocked. A little tricky to find the unit in the dark the first night and the lock took a bit of figuring out, but once we were in everything was great. Nice to have the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome place, we loved it. We would rent it again. Peaceful area, with groceries store and restaurants nearby. Close enough from the north west side of the island to drive, visit and come back on one day. We were concerned about our late checkin (11:30 pm) but we had no issues, someone was waiting for us with the keys at reception, just had to ring the bell.

Views out windows and from lanai are of nature. Kitchen well supplied. Quiet, family-oriented complex. We loved the bed. Hubby said, as we climbed in to sleep on our final night, “Yeah, I’m gonna miss this bed.”

We stayed here for 3 weeks in July had an amazing stay at Brian’s place. It was loaded with whatever we needed whether it was kitchen goods or beach gear! The pool and the surrounding grounds are stunning. The location was easy to get to and there are tons of things to do close by. Any questions we had, Brian answered very fast. The island itself is a gem. Highly, highly recommend. Thanks Brian 🌺

Aloha indeed. My kids couldn’t believe how big this condo is. Lanai has space for 5 of us-with amazing view of the ocean. Also saw goats on the golf course. Pool/hot tub and fitness center on site are beautiful and hardly shared them with anyone. Bedrooms are huge-couldn’t figure out which was the master and which is the guest room because they’re both spacious with beautiful bathrooms and views. Really appreciated the welcome gift bag of Hawaiian treats. We paid for the resort access and enjoyed both Hapuna and Mauna Kea beaches tremendously(check in for this is at Hapuna in residences office). Definitely want to come back and highly recommend J201 to all. Only drawback is no sidewalks or pedestrian friendly walkways to Hapuna. A/c worked perfectly in main living area-warmer in bedrooms but tolerable with fans running. All communications went well. Restaurants are super expensive-just beware. Had lots of delicious meals.

This unit is in a perfect location and proximity to everything in Hilo . Peacefully setting away from the busy Merrie Monarch activities. Clean , Hosts were responsive to everything we needed . We’d love to stay there next time we are visiting hilo .. And yes , the cat was very welcoming too !

Absolutely fell in love with this location of the island. More remote, lush, and mins from the famous black sand beach. Started our trip in Kona and ended here. Couldn’t be happier with our decision. The Airbnb was very specious, had a beautiful view, and the pool/hotub were clean. Julie was quick to respond to questions and made our stay wonderful. If you do stay here like she mentions plan to grab groceries beforehand. There are a couple local restaurants that were great in Naalehu, like Hana Houu, Taco Tita, and Punalu'u Bake Shop. There’s also a local farmers market on Wednesday in town. I highly recommended this Airbnb and location. Feels like you’re in a Jurassic park getaway with all the beautiful scenery.

Gary was extremely helpful and responsive. Centrally located to all of big island attractions. Easily housed 6 adults. Great sunsets!!
