Vacation rentals with a firepit in Wallowa County

This property was even better than the photos depicted! There is an amazing view from the front porch. The circle drive was handy to use with a boat and it was right across the street from the boat ramp. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the extra mattress and fold out bed were also nice to have. It was tastefully decorated. The sauna was an added bonus and the flowers in the front and back yard lent to the beauty of this fabulous place.

We loved staying in this home. Had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Our host was very accommodating to some specific needs and we felt this place was a great value. We loved having a yard with deck and fire pit to hang out and our host takes pride in the outdoor environment with beautiful Flowers and herbs. This translated to an additional space we had not really expected but thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms, beds, bathrooms all well set up and very clean and comfortable. Thank you!

Had a great stay, Ken was great to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a private cabin with lots of outdoor space for activities. Great spot and it’s a lot for a great price.

Kiyomi is a wonderful host and the Kominka house is fantastic. The house emanates serenity and offers peace, quiet, and refuge from the daily hustle of our modern lives. The location offers stunning views and quietude. I’m so grateful for two nights spent here.

What a amazing home! This home clearly had much thought put into it. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with high end and quality cooking pots and pans, and any thing you could dream of having access to in a well stocked kitchen. The baths was exceptional. Make sure you have plenty of downtime to enjoy the giant soaking tub and the shower of all showers, and a to loose yourself in that big comfortable bed with windows looking out to the lake. The deck only added to the enjoyment, the family room and extra sleeping space down stairs is Steller! Plenty of space for gathering, playing games, doing puzzles. Loved the lounge feel of the pain floor. The home offers beautiful views from every room, quiet and private with lake access. Book the extra day, you will absolutely not want to leave.

I was in this area for a memorial service and my plans were tentative at best for the entire weekend. Stacy so kindly worked with me as the family’s plans changed, and my plans changed, and it could not have been a better arrangement. The gorgeous historic home felt so cozy as soon as you walked in. I stayed in the king sized bedroom with the in-room bathroom. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and there was plenty of room to unwind and relax. This was a much needed respite in such a stunningly beautiful area!

Absolutely loved our cabin! Very clean, peaceful. Loved the decor! Beds were extremely comfortable. Kids loved their bedroom space. I loved the back patio! Can’t wait to come back next year!

The cabin sits near a stream, deer come into the yard, it is quiet and peaceful. Although it is near an RV park, it is a nice, secluded spot. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room! The location is a short distance from the town and across the street from the tramway. Beautiful area and a great time in Joseph, OR!
