Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Ideal for trade fair visitors (Düsseldorf, Essen), for tourists in the Rhein-Ruhr area or for business travelers.

The apartment in Mülheim an der Ruhr (district Speldorf) is conveniently located by car only three minutes from the motorway. This gives you a fast connection from and in all directions (A3/A40). The accommodation for a maximum of 4 guests offers free Wi-Fi, a TV with free NETFLIX access and a terrace with garden views.

Despite the possibility of accommodating up to four guests, the bright living room with the functional folding bed is spacious and friendly.
