Die Anbindung ist hervorragend: Straßenbahnlinie 306 direkt vor dem Haus (schnell in die City), A40 nur wenige Minuten entfernt, Tankstelle gleich nebenan, Supermärkte und das Hannibal EKZ sind fußläufig erreichbar. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.
