Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. Gorgeous setting with incredible water views from this lower level one bedroom/one bath duplex unit with full bed and queen Murphy bed as well as equipped kitchen. Country living that feels like a resort with a shared deck and gazebo, water access, fire pit, fishing, hiking and wild life. Unit includes private entrance, refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, flatscreen tv, WiFi, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, pots/pans. Pets: require non-refundable pet deposit of $250.

Another Oasis is a 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch home with a large family room addition. My goal with this space is to be family friendly and inviting to all ages. There is plenty of space inside for 10-12 people. The outside oasis is priceless. After a long-day of fun at the many activities in the Spencer County area you can have dinner inside or out with the large covered picnic table, gas grill, fire pit and star lights for an evening of memories.

And a bunk bedroom with a full and a twin mattress on top bunk. I also will leave a queen air mattress for guests to use.
