This place had everything you needed and even the stuff you might forget! Wendy was hospitable and offered to accommodate any special requests..

The perfect landing spot while in town visiting family. My dog loved the fenced yard, dog bed and box of toys. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen and comfortable living space. I opted for this location because it was close to family and hiking trails. There are a few businesses (think conviemce store, coffee shop and a couple of restaurants) which make the location the perfect blend of convenience and rural. I found the bed to be comfy, the water pressure to be good and the rental to be well cleaned. I will definitely be back again!

Our group of 6 kids and 4 adults had a great time at the house. It was large with plenty of space in the common areas with a gorgeous master. (It was a little unfair to the adults who had to sleep in smaller rooms or on the couch, but hey, I found the place ;-)) The kitchen was well stocked to cook family dinners, and it was great to have 3 bathrooms. Would recommend the place as a launching pad for your mountain adventure.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The views of the Columbia River Gorge from the living room and from the hot tub were amazing, and there was plenty of space for us (two couples + three babies/toddlers) in the home. We loved the location – it was an easy five-minute walk down to the market and a handful of eateries in town, a 10-15 minute drive to many more options in Hood River, and near walks/hikes like the Mosier Twin Tunnels and Mosier Plateau Trail.

We had an excellent time staying in this house. Very clean, large space, with all needed cooking/cleaning implements. Our kids loved the goats. They were very sad to leave.

Highly recommend! Lovely, well appointed home with gracious, easy to communicate with host. The house was very clean, quiet and spacious with comfy beds. Bunk beds even worked for grown up kids :) The location is great for snow fun, getting to Mt Hood Meadows easily or going into Hood River. And Parkdale is only 5 minutes away if you're looking for a brewery, grocery, coffee shop, etc. We'll definitely look to stay here again when looking in Parkdale!

Kevin was solicitous without being annoying and fixed issues proactively, as well as offering a small refund when there was an issue with the house without being asked.

We loved our stay here. Gorgeous views from the hot tub and we played a ton of pool. The location was great for hiking around mt hood and the gorge.

This was our second stay at the Smallfoot Farm. The hosts are lovely and helpful. The space is what we need and is very comfortable. Highly recommend and we'll be back!

Great home away from home. Space was very clean and comfortable. Tons of little extras like stocked pantry, new tooth brush, coffee etc etc.

Bridget and Joshua were AMAZING hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure my hunting trip was a success. I got to meet them and they are great people and I consider them friends. I can’t say enough good things about them. Air BnB will only allow me to give 5 stars but multiply it by 1000!

This Airbnb is beautiful, cozy, and just what we needed. I was really impressed by the high end kitchen appliances, wonderful blend of smart, modern design with cozy rustic elements - like exposed wood accents, and wool wall tapestries. The internet worked great - which was astonishing since the location is very remote. great walkability - literally steps to the main street of the quiet town. If you're road tripping across eastern Washington, I highly recommend staying at this airbnb!

What can I say? One of my favorite Airbnb’s. Start with the bed, bedding & linens. When you find TOP QUALITY furniture, beds, etc., you know you’re in a special place where the owner has pride. Patricia & Frank’s home has all the charm of an older house combined with stellar furnishings, cleanliness & coziness. The Dalles is right out of a Norman Rockwell painting on the banks of the Columbia River Gorge region, but a stone’s throw from gorgeous mountain scenery, waterfalls into majestic streams & rivers, and hiking trails. Pubs, wineries, coffee shops & restaurants are all within walking distance. Finally, Patricia’s artistic & creative talents are on display throughout the home’s decor. We will return!!!

A wonderful, newly remodeled, condo in government camp. The space was so darling, perfectly organized, and a great location to walk to restaurants. The closest ski in and ski out you can find on Mt Hood as well. One of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in. Thank you!!

Spring like decor, very welcoming. Nice amenities including heater in the bed mattress which felt great after a long hike to relax. Fresh flowers to welcome me, very clean. Kitchen nicely stocked with the basics including eggs for breakfast! Quiet and comfortable. Bed was super great.

Great stay for a late steelhead trip with a good friend. Thank you to Mark for the hospitality and great location, catered to anglers. Access to town and the river couldn't be better! Would stay again!

Bearcat Lodge was perfect for a team retreat for my small nonprofit--it had spacious areas for us to gather but also room for people to get away for a little quiet or work time. The deck was sunny and gorgeous, and so was the living room om the main flood, with lots of blankets to get cozy in the evenings. It worked really well for us having the bedrooms spread across three floors, each with a bathroom on it. And we loved being able to walk into Government Camp to grab groceries or a quick meal.

Perfect for two families. Quiet with great view of Mount Hood. Kitchen had everything, beds comfortable, cozy fireplace and warm wood-stove. We all loved your book collection! And games. Thank you for lovey weekend in your home!

If you’re looking for something cozy, relaxing, & private this is a perfect spot. My partner and I had a great time even with the rainy weather. Rhonda was quick to respond to questions and provided great suggestions for nearby places to eat/explore. The cabin itself was well-stocked for not having a stove, and even included a few surprisingly thoughtful items in the kitchen and bathroom (K cups, creamers, small soaps, toothbrushes, etc.). In better weather I could see this being a great launching point for nearby hiking.

Sara is a great host that helped us on a last minute trip. Best walkable location in government camp, great layout, and had everything we needed.

This was our family's second time staying at the cabin, and we'll definitely be back! The cabin is well appointed and very comfortable.
