Relax on a private 30 acre horse farm. 8 miles from historic Smithfield, VA Spacious bedroom, double window with view of horse pastures. Room darkening drapes. Full length mirror with lighted makeup mirror, air purifier, ample sheets, blankets and pillows. Full kitchen like brand new and well stocked with necessities; cookware, dishes, paper products, spices. Large bathroom with ceiling heater, towel warmer, well stocked with towels and necessities. Washer and dryer, detergent supplied.

Located a few miles from the ferry to Williamsburg, and one mile from Chippokes State Park, this home has the feel of camping with all the amenities of home! Inside you will find washer and dryer, wifi (this is dish wifi - Zoom will not work and sometimes it is spotty), two full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen. Outside offers a fire pit, a charcoal grill, a fenced area for pets / limit 2 (30 pound max dog, NO CATS ) and plenty of room for parking. Smoking is NOT allowed in the house.

Our newly renovated farmhouse that sits on 80 acres of land, overlooking two ponds that are fully stocked with fish for fishing. Our two story, open concept, house provides ample space for up to 9 people . Enjoy the downstairs with two living rooms, a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. The downstairs has two bedrooms (3 beds). The upstairs of the house is only opened when more than 5 guests are booked (additional fees apply). The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms and a half bath.

I now have WiFi and a smart tv that’s perfect. Plus a hand wash station, hot shower and bathroom is just 15 feet away from your tiny home. It’s is very private.

Enjoy your stay in this comfortable vintage one bedroom apartment in our over 120 year old home. There are some quirks that come with a house built "in the olden days" but this quaint home will not disappoint. The bed has the most comfortable memory foam mattress that will surely help you get the best night's sleep.

Enjoy this quaint Cozy Cottage with bedroom loft! This adorable 1-bedroom unique place has a style all its own. Built in the 1960’s behind the main house, it has floor to ceiling pine paneling, pine floors and fireplace. It has been recently remodeled with new tiled bathroom , newly remodeled kitchen and stainless steel appliances. A new Heating and Air unit was installed summer 2021. The pine paneling and 16 foot high ceilings gives it that "cottagey" feel.
