Vacation rentals with lake access in Wayne County

Lillian’s rental was the perfect place to be for attending an event at the Grosse Pointe Shores Yacht Club: a 10” walk and just 3” by car! We appreciated having access to living area spaces for relaxing and the kitchen, including refrigerator and freezer space for our cooler items. The spacious bathroom was convenient, right next to our bedroom. Lillian was easy to connect with and was there to greet us for checkin. The neighborhood was beautiful and just a block or two from Lakeshore Drive.

Great location in Wyandotte. The home was easy to find and check in was very easy. This is an upper unit so be prepared to climb stairs, and there’s street parking. The home was very nice and spacious, with a nice view of the water, there is a deck in the back you can sit on and walk down to the water. If you don’t like trains don’t come here, I heard the train all night and it shook the bed. The home definitely could had been cleaner as we had to go in sweeping and cleaning crumbs the table and counters. Overall I enjoyed my stay

We loved this place. Perfect location for fishing the Detroit River. Kal is an amazing host. We had everything we needed. Definitely will stay here again.

This was an incredible experience. We were visiting Detroit for Movement and were thinking this might be a bit too far from the downtown area. But it’s a quick cheap Uber ride to and from. Nick was nice enough to offer us the living room and the kitchen to just chill and prepare out food. Most importantly, truly appreciate having him guide us about the neighborhood and always ready to help. I would definitely stay here when I return to Detroit. The neighborhood is serene and within 10 minute drive to all the city has to offer. It’s especially green and a walk around will definitely make you feel like you are at a retreat. Nice spot quiet nabor hood for most part nabors where very kind letting us use there driveway to get boat backed in and parking farther out of our way everything was clean and as post was listed Very good people and will be staying again

I loved this place. The host was very communicative and I had a sliding schedule but they made sure to accommodate our time of arrival. The inside of the place was great and I loved the vibe. The A/C was able to get the place cool within minutes and the bedrooms were awesome. The biggest perk was the porch outside. I loved hanging outside of it on the 2nd floor. I failed to see the speakeasy but will look to book this place again if I make my way to Detroit. Appreciated all the support from the host and really made me feel welcomed!

Was in town for 3 days. Safe neighborhood to walk and walking distance to Michigan ave. Lots of restaurants nearby. Thank you

JR’s place is centrally located to all the great places around Detroit, close to all the stadiums, close to Belle Isle Park, and not too far from Gross Point. The apartment has what you need and the room and bathroom have a lot of space and it’s very secure.

Wasnt able to finish my nights stay unfortunately but, the time I was there Hussein communication was immediate and cordule. He was very fast to resolve any issues and I would definitely choose to stay with him as a host again and highly recommend you should as well.

Loved this place. Honestly one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. My friends and I had an amazing time just hanging out with each other, cooking and just enjoying the space. So peaceful, clean, minimal and just overall a very relaxed atmosphere. Would love to come back here again in the summer and get the full experience of opening the windows and walking the town. This spot is the place to be!!!

Ernest and Edgar’s loft apartment was a great place to stay. The location was great. Private and out of the way but in walking distance of anything you could want or need. The apartment was clean and just as described. Everything you need to feel at home. As hosts, Ernest and Edgar were fast responding to any question. They were also very friendly. Anytime I visit Detroit from now on, this will be my go-to spot!
