Located on the Red Cedar River near the corner of Grand River and Hagadorn. This place is uniquely close to the med and law schools at MSU and a has a short walk to the Spartan Stadium. There is on-site parking, cable TV, and high-speed, fiber-optic internet provided. Additionally coffee is provided along with a fully outfitted kitchen with a laundry room located on-site (not in unit). This apartment is tastefully decorated and modestly priced. The home offers a queen bed, pull-out sofa, and optional air mattress, plus a full kitchen with the basics. The hot tub is not inside of the unit. While the farmhouse is comfortable and straightforward, the estate is the true highlight—swim in the pool, walk the trails, soak in the hot tub, or relax by the pond fountain. Meals can be ordered from the main house for a truly serene getaway.

Our Winding Springs Treehouse comfortably sleeps 6, while also being fully ADA accessible. Nestled 13-feet above ground, the Treehouse features a spiral staircase leading to the loft, stunning views of the stream and hills from the master bedroom, and many other great amenities.

Lake Luna Metamora

WHAT IS LAKE LUNA CABIN.... Our cabin was hand built with Oak logs from the property and Yellow Pine logs from Montana and Wyoming. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!

Caroline Cottage

Unique one-room cottage on the bank of the Huron River. A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Stoney Creek Heritage Loft

Escape to the peace and simplicity of the countryside in our cozy, attached apartment on a 7th-generation family homestead. This private apartment comfortably sleeps 4 and is fully ADA compliant, also featuring a bathroom, washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchenette and a piano. Large windows offer views of open fields, grazing goats, and beautiful sunrises; all of which can be enjoyed over a hot cup of coffee from the deck, or by a serene stroll down to Stoney Creek.

Kelmscott Chapel

This historic structure was built in 1909 for the local catholic parish and served as such until the 1970's. A portion of the church was then converted to a residence and has also served as a wedding venue for over twenty years. Now called Kelmscott Chapel, a nod to William Morris and the arts and crafts movement, you will find warm and inviting accommodations. Complete with stained glassed windows, spiral staircases, decorated with art and antiques.
