Our 2-room apartment with separate entrance is ideal for 2 guests with children: holidaymakers, business travelers, course participants or just to relax... Approximately 35 sqm in the basement of our house are lovingly modern and comfortably styled with floor-to-ceiling windows to the terrace in the countryside. Wi-Fi is free of charge! Please note: No smoking in the apartment!!! This also applies to e-cigarettes (vaping) etc. With S4 to Hanover Hbf: only 26 min./to Messebahnhof-Laatzen: only 35 minutes!!!

The living area is open plan and overlooks the gable, the well-equipped fitted kitchen has been included in the open concept. The apartment is designed with underfloor heating and bamboo parquet and also has a fireplace The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows falls to the quiet residential street or the green roof. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a quarter circle shower.

The 1-room apartment is on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. Underfloor heating, electric shutters, triple glazed windows, HD TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a lot more, offer a pleasant stay. The maximum number of people is 4, but then a bit tight and only suitable for a short stay. The apartment is optimal, e.g. for 2 adults, with child. A crib, a children's travel cot, as well as a high chair can be provided for a small fee (€5 per stay).
