Two beaches, the first public, about 100-150m from the cottage, the second private, about 50-100m, in both places a gentle descent to the lake. One day, her dad decided to make that dream come true and built her this house. It was 18 years ago, a year ago the cottage was renovated so that it could now enjoy others. I would like everyone to feel special here and find in themselves that little child who found the place of their dreams here.

The heart of the house is a sunny terrace with a garden and a barbecue area. The property is fenced.

Just a 3-minute walk from the house there is a well landscaped beach with a pier, a slip for boats and kayaks, bike infrastructure, playgrounds, a playground, sheds, and a fire pit. The house offers spectacular views of Lake Pozezdrze. Lake Pozezdrze is also a real paradise for anglers. There is also a horse farm 3 km away.

Można tu poczuć prawdziwą przyrodę, niezakłóconą przez tłumy turystów czy sąsiadów. Działka posiada naturalny brzeg, trzciny. Staraliśmy się tu jak najmniej ingerować w przyrodę.
