The place was great, there is everything you need. It is totally cozily furnished and everything is clean. There is a key safe at the entrance, so check-in is totally uncomplicated and super flexible, we didn't arrive until late at night and there is a parking space right in front of the entrance. The communication with Frank was completely straightforward. We will be very happy to come back.

We spent Easter at this lovely place and had a wonderful time! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, and the host was very kind and responsive. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Bad Iburg. Great area for hiking and the apartment was well equipped, spacious, clean and cosy! Would definitely recommend!

We felt extremely comfortable in the apartment. There is everything you need, the apartment is very spacious, location and the view are beautiful! And Gertraud was extremely friendly and accommodating, very quickly answered all questions and solved problems - thank you so much for the wonderful time we were allowed to enjoy in the apartment!

The place was exactly as described. Communication with the host was friendly. A request whether a 9th person can be accommodated in the accommodation was immediately answered positively and both an additional sleeping place and towels were provided. Gladly again!

Ideal location and size for our family of 8 (5x adults and 3x children) to stay in and visit family nearby as well as days out.

We chose the place as a Christmas meeting place for the family. It was really a feel-good place with plenty of space and yet a cozy ambience. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for cooking together. Thanks to the underfloor heating, the children (and adults) can use the whole floor as a play area. A fireplace is available for use. During a cozy breakfast, deer often keep you company in the garden. The bathroom is an oasis of well-being with a walk-in shower and hot tub. The whole house is flooded with light. The beds were all cozy. We slept well. At night, there was no sound to be heard, no background noise from any street. Not far away are the Externsteine and the Hermannsdenkmal, among other things. It was perfectly sufficient for our short stay. But there is certainly more for those who want to stay longer. The hosts are easy to reach for questions. We'd love to come back.
