This is possibly the best airbnb experience I've had. Keryn was not only very friendly and responsive, she bakes cookies which she leaves out for her guests and has more food stocked for free use than any other airbnb I've been in. I most highly recommend a stay here.

We had a great wee get away, close by walks and an easy drive into Westport. Bed was comfortable and clean. Property is beautiful and the walks and beach are close by! Thanks for having us!

Perfect accomodation for our group of eight. Comfortable beds and spacious living areas created a relaxing vibe.

Brett's place had a comfy feel to it. Found everything we needed and it was quiet. Glad we stayed more than one night so we could rest, look around and get organized for the next leg of the journey.

Cosy and comfortable stay with Bridget, place was exactly as described and was a great getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. We really appreciated Bridget's hospitality as well, and would come back if we had the chance. Highly recommended!

This was a perfect base for visiting our family in Christchurch. Grandchildren are great but it was good to escape to such a pleasant location and there was free use of the pool!

Beautiful cottage unit located on a working farm that was peaceful and serene. Had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to others. Met the host and she was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Our second stay with Yvonne. It's a great location for us to walk to everything, including the estuary walks/ racecourseand town. Also very quiet.

I recommend it as a base accommodation before going to Mountain Cook. It was a studio type, but it was very clean and the amenities were well prepared. There was no stove or induction stove, so I was thinking about how to have dinner, but I was able to use the air fryer and the cutlery was well prepared. It was an honor to stay for a day in a quiet little neighborhood in New Zealand It's a place where you can see the stars very well.

I had 4 nights at this wonderful accommodation. Everything was clean and it was a spacious unit. Lovely and private with outdoor seating to enjoy the sun. I loved the back section with great parking right outside the front door. I would stay again when I'm next in Rolleston. Thank you for being a great host Gregory.

Stayed here 4 nights and really enjoyed it. Small place but had everything we needed - kitchenette, little dining table, space to open up our bags. Photos were spot on, but the lake view in person was next level. It was cold in April but the heater worked well and the bed was really comfy. Everything was clean and well looked after. Bit hard to find at night and the driveway’s a bit tight, so best to arrive during the day if you can. It’s close to restaurants and a small supermarket - bigger shops are about an hour away. Quiet, safe and a good spot to relax. Would stay again. Great for couples or solo travellers.

This charming and well set up little gem, provided us with a relaxing and refreshing place to stay after at swim at Opuke spa in Methven. Waking up to the snow capped mountains was a treat before we stretched our legs on the amazing Sharplin falls track at the top of the road. We had a comfortable sleep and would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting some peace and quiet away from the bigger accommodation sites surrounding Methven or Christchurch. Tracy's place is such a peaceful location with great views of the mountains. Everything you need for a comfortable relaxing stay. We thoroughly recommend to other guests.

Our stay at view with a room was stellar! Shirley is an extremely thoughtful host. She has everything you could possibly think to need with some very thoughtful touches such as freshly laid eggs that were left for us. The accommodation was impeccably clean and so well thought out. Modern bathroom, nice lighting. Beautiful views in a peaceful and serene setting. We walked at low tide to see the starfish, what a fun adventure! Shirley has a tide chart printed so you can time it just right. We loved our time at view with a room and highly highly recommend staying here. Thank you again Shirley!

Great value for our three week stay around Christmas. Our grandchildren liked the pool and the room with two twin beds for sleepovers. We cooked many meals and baked bread and pies in the oven and ate together at the table with our extended family. We enjoyed fresh flowers and apricots from the garden during our entire stay. I liked watching our host work in his shop on his hydropower systems and other projects in the gravel driveway. we really liked the company of the hosts and their family. We have been to three Christchurch places this year for long stays and would gladly return to this place for another summer stay. I liked entering the city from this side of town because there is little traffic heading Northeast into Addington and Riccarton business areas and then East to the Botanic Gardens and downtown. We shopped at the Barrington Mall and ate out at many places along Centaurus and Colombo streets which are not far. There is also a Dairy and Seafood takeout very closeby.

Beautiful little place to stay, we were sad to leave! Great amount of space for us, comfy and clean. Everything was provided that we needed for breakfast and more including delicious treats! Pool was also fabulous for a swim. Sue and Greg are fabulous hosts, super friendly. Will definitely recommend!

This is a lovely place in the centre of Christchurch. Beautifully appointed, great kitchen, pleasant responsive host. You can walk or bus everywhere from here, no need for a car.

The studio that we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. We found the small kitchen to be very useful. There is a washer and dryer in the common area…worked well. Rod is a nice gentleman and was responsive when we had questions. Overall a fantastic place!

All in all the small apartment is a great choice for shorter stays. We liked it a lot, even if we heared the kids of the hosts sometimes.

We just stayed at Sonja’s AirBnB for a month and were sad to leave as it really felt like home and Sonja is a large part of that along with her comfortable, welcoming, clean and spacious accommodation. The garden is a lovely extension of that space too and is even better than the photos!. We enjoyed interacting and having fun with Bobby, Sonja’s dog but you don’t have to when staying there. We would happily return to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sonja, as to us she’s a Superhost and now also a friend. Thank you Sonja.
