Soft shades of white and grey create a tranquil space for relaxation and quiet contemplation. Due to COVID-19, we enhanced cleaning by additionally disinfecting our airbnb after each checkout. This includes thoroughly disinfecting doorknobs, light switches, countertops and more with Clorox wipes. Furthermore, our cleaning professionals wear face masks 😷 and gloves 🧤 to ensure we are taking the utmost precaution as safety is our #1 priority

The guest room with a swimming pool and a nice patio. This unique 600 sq feet guest room is located near Melrose Ave and The Grove. Easy to find great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, cool stores and more. You can take great photos in front of the popular walls on Melrose Ave. Our insurance policy requires guests to sign the Waiver of Liability Agreement before check-in. We will send the guests the waiver of Liability Agreement. Extended Home-Sharing Registration Number is 19-000036

Best location of West Hollywood! Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, clubs, parks, shopping centers or enjoy the hot summer days by the rooftop pool! Late check-out 1 pm!!! great deal for the money. No city tax charged on you like our neighbor Los Angeles does. We take care of it! What guests are saying:“This place is perfect for a couple, everything you’ll need is supplied including breakfast items if you decide not to visit the Urth Caffé nearby which is worth a visit. Lin was a great host and communication was fast, Lin went out of her way to make a stay enjoyable. It’s situated in West Hollywood only a 40 min walk to the edge of Beverly Hills or a 1hr walk to Hollywood Blvd, but if you are not into walking the bus service or ubers are good. Before our visit Lin supplied a list of recommendations based on past guest experiences which was very useful and we did most of them. Airbnb’s are not welcome in the apartment block so just for your information if a resident asks you questions just say “you are staying with friends”, we only saw a couple of people during our stay so no hassle. If we are ever in LA again we will definitely be looking if this apartment is available, thanks again for making our stay so enjoyable.”
