Excelente lugar. Limpio y ordenado. Anfitrión muy atento y contestó rápidamente a nuestras dudas. Área muy tranquila y el edificio tiene gimnasio, piscina temperada y rooftop... Definitivamente voy a regresar...

Excelente departamento para familias!! Volveria definitivamente. Vistas increibles, solo hay que esperar unos minutos el ascensor pero eso es todo , el resto impecable

El apartamento está ubicado en un nuevo edificio, debes estacionar dentro, ir a recepción por la llave y tomar el ascensor al piso ocho. Está muy cerca de Real Cariari, si no te afecta el ruido de la carretera, este studio apartamento es genial. Tienen todo lo necesario para una estadía corta. Si desean hielo, es necesario llevar su propia hielera, ya que no hay en el refrigerador. El aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, y la conexión a internet para uso personal está bien, quizás presente fallas si es para trabajar. En términos generales, muy buena opción para quedarse cerca de SJO

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!

Excelente lugar. Ya me he ido 4 veces. Solo falta poner aire consolas y aunque aumenten el Precio me Seguiría quedando para cerrar las terrazas y el Ruido de la calle no entre. Hay una avenida al frente muy concurrida. Está bien céntrico me encanta que abajo en el mismo edificio hay varias localidades hay una farmacia restaurantes a buen costo. Está una estética un spa un lugar de manicura y pedicura y ahora una barbería. El súper y el mall está justo al frente. En fin un lugar 5 estrellas como me gusta. Lo que esta vez no me gustó fue el proceso de jacuzzi. Ahora hay que pagar 50.000,00 unos 12 USD aproximadamente. El proceso es medio confuso. Fue parte de una nueva ordenanza de la junta de condómines. Uno tiene que reservar y uno mismo llenarlo como unas dos a tres horas antes. Decidí no hacerlo por tiempo y ya había vivido la experiencia. Siempre que viajo es por motivos de negocio y mi mano derecha es el que reserva. Esta vez lo reserve yo directamente. Sugiero renovar abanicos.

I can honestly say William is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. Very responsive, and always helpful. The apartment is as described The area is local and there were lots of places to eat. We actually cooked our meals for most of our stay as the kitchen was very well equipped. And there were 2 grocery stores nearby. A bit noisy at night but nothing that prevented sleep. I used the gym which was nice but we didn’t use the pool although it looked very nice. I would recommend staying here. Of note we didn’t use the second bedroom but it is as described.

I had a most amazing family trip at Pamela’s house. Not only was everything in pristine condition, but it was exactly what I had hoped for in every way. Endless amenities; close access to the beach, the dock was serene and lovely, we enjoyed the hot tub, volleyball court, basketball court, pool, hammocks, ping pong. There was nothing I could ask to be different or change and Pamela was so easy to work with as a hostess.

Our Stay at Marlena’s Place was just what we needed she was truly a wonderful Host ! Communication was a breeze .. and I highly recommend this home ..the design of the home was in true Soflo style and offered many areas to lounge … the kitchen had everything you needed .. the highlight of the inside is the back game /Tv /Den area our children did not want to leave that game room full stocked with games and dedicated work space was a plus ..the backyard is the true highlight of the entire home ..outdoor living room with TV was enjoyed all day and night .. the pool area was awesome … and had everything you need from floats to toys for the kids .. we will definitely be back next time we are in town !

We have stayed with Gil many times over the past four years, and it’s always our favorite place! The home is private, has a beautiful view, and is conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. On this visit, we really noticed and appreciated all the recent improvements: A new water system with stable, strong pressure TV with 1000+ channels in the living room Surround sound in both the bedroom and living room New patio furniture A comfortable sofa in the master bedroom A new mirror in the master bathroom A professional-grade juice maker Fresh paint and repairs throughout Gil’s care and attention to the property really show. We always look forward to returning!

My friends and I stayed here for my birthday weekend even though we are not far from Miami we wanted to stay the night somewhere to have a girls night out. Charciette’s place felt very homie,cozy and comfortable for my friends and I. We really enjoyed the vintage yet modern design in the house! Very clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable! I highly recommend this stay, please enjoy!

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

We had a fantastic stay! Gee was incredibly responsive, understanding, and clear in all her communications, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The backyard setup for kids was absolute gold! It was a slide, swings, basketball rim, pool, and clubhouse, it felt like a private little playground! I really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend staying here for anyone reading this!

My quick weekend stay here was great. The condo was clean and ready when I arrived. The location is ideal for the beach. Going downstairs and out the back leads you right to the nice pool. Out the gate is a direct path to the beach. If you're looking for something to eat, I'd suggest the Argentinian restaurant Patagonia across the street...delicious food, desserts, coffee, etc. All tha being said I'd definitely recommend this condo for your getaway.

This rental unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4, with each kid having their own bed and bathroom. Just a block from the beach, it is close and convenient to everything. We have stayed in this building before because we love the building itself, and this was absolutely the best unit we have stayed in. The wraparound balcony offers gorgeous views and the interior was pristine. The hosts were communicative and so easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days & were very pleased with the room. Spacious & clean. Very well organized & found everything we needed. We were able to cook as needed with all the kitchen supplies provided. Great Views & private location! The exterior picture of the building was a LITTLE misleading as we thought the Hyde had DIRECT beach access but it was a walk across the street. Not a bad walk to the beach at all, only about 4-6 mins. Elevators took longer than expected but not too bad. Overall great stay! Would come back.

The apartment felt very spacious (great walk-in closet and large living room) and looked just like the photos. The pool outside is beautiful and has easy access to the beach!

This location was great! Being right on the beach is a major plus. We rented loungers on the beach but also used the chairs available in the condo. Our kids loved playing on the boogie boards and with the other sand toys. The condo was clean and very private. The host was very responsive!

This is what an air bnb should be. It’s clean, great mattress decent furniture, lots of towels and it was as pictured! Wish it had a better view but we knew this when we rented it. The area is great one block off the beach or one block the other way to the intercostal. The water taxi is a great way to sight see! Thanks again for letting us use your place.

Claudia and Pablo are very responsive and helpful hosts. They provided restaurant recommendations and left wine and granola bars for us as a welcome gift. Unit has beautiful views and is equipped with every possible amenity you could imagine if you’re traveling with a family (high chair, stroller, etc). Highly recommend!
