Fully equipped apartment with 3 bedrooms and a furnished sunny balcony. 115 m2. Family friendly with equipment for kids. Walking distance to city and riverside. Tram stop is 1 minute away. 2 minutes from the main walking street area with restaurants and nightlife. High speed internet. TV package with English speaking channels. Parking on the street for roughly 7 Euro/day. Weekend parking for free. The neighbors upstairs have kids that sometimes run and make a bit of noise. Master bed is firm.

Das Apartment besteht aus einem großen Zimmer mit Küchenzeile, einem geräumigen Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer Waschmaschine. Außerdem gibt es eine große Sonnenterasse. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4 OG, es ist kein Fahrstuhl verfügbar. Der Hbf ist nur 1 km entfernt.

#The new apartment in the special place. 300m from the beautiful beach. Quite place but close to the city center. Few very good restaurants in a walking distance. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Gym. The apartment has its own private and closed parking lot under the building and additional big box where the guests can put their bicycles/ windsurfing etc. The apartment is also equipped with large terrace (approx 10 m2) with sitting facilities. The guests mamy use 2 bikes provided.

In bedroom a high quality doublebed in addition a sofa in living room convenient usable for 2 persons (1,60m). Kitchen equipment completely, bathroom with bath + washmachine. In livingroom you find SAT-TV (Astra) + DVD-Player. Towels, bedlinen, iron, toiletries for free use. On demand I try to assist to find good leasure, culture events etc

Über den Dächern von Kolberg 10 min zum Strand

Diese Unterkunft bietet Ihnen eine optimale Lage. Es sind 10 Minuten bis zum breiten Sandstrand. 12 Minuten bis zur Promenade wo es auch Strandkörbe gibt. 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Und im Zentrum sind Sie schon. Die Wohnung hat zwei Terrassen so das man immer das hat was man möchte. Sonne oder Schatten . Der TV ist über Internet mit allen Sendern ausgestattet. Die Menüsprache wird auf Ihre Sprache eingestellt. 2 Toiletten was bei 2 Pärchen sehr nützlich sein kann.
