A great location off season. We were staying while the complex was still in building therefore relatively empty and this is what we were after. It may be however overwhelming during summer season months. The Joanna's place is convenient and has everything you may need during your stay as you won't be located in the town center. Access to the beach is indeed near by and will be available once the complex building is finished.

Tolle kleine Ferienwohnung direkt zwischen See und Meer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Adam hat immer schnell geantwortet und proaktiv einen tollen Service geboten. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein und bis zum Strand sind es nur 5min zu Fuß - einfach perfekt dort die Sonnenuntergänge anzuschauen. Auch die Kids kommen auf ihre Kosten, eine Schaukel ist da, Fahrräder kann man kostenlos bei Adam ausleihen und es ist genug Platz zum toben. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass es mit Hund easy war im Garten zu verweilen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Eine sehr nette Unterkunft die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Für ein paar Tage Auszeit, würde ich diese sofort weiterempfehlen. Es ist ein wenig hellhörig, aber auch kein Drama. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei und es gab sogar Tipps wo man gut essen gehen kann :). Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen.

Das Apartment wirklich schön, die Lage v.a.zur Altstadt perfekt. Leider sind die Wände sehr hellhörig... wir hatten für 1ne Nacht laute Nachbarn. Trotzdem Empfehlung, weil alles sonst passt! Der Coffeeshop im EG bietet super Frühstück an. Gerne wieder!

apartment is precisely as described. you can even see the baltic sea from the balcon. (you must lucky, there are lots of trees at the coastline). i can highly recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to spend a good time in Kolobrzeg! :)

Es ist wirklich schön in dem Apartment, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause, großer Balkon, viele Schlafmöglichkeiten. Diese sind für mich persönlich jedoch etwas zu hart, aber das muss jederselbst entscheiden. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich. Wir würden wieder kommen.
