Newly renovated home and GREAT for a family vacation to create some wonderful memories. Driveway, 47 feet long, is large enough for boat parking. The property is located in a family friendly neighborhood with a private beach used only by the neighborhood residents and guests . The park area features a picnic area, full basketball court, playground equipment, fishing, beautiful views of Lake Erie and it's just one small block away for your enjoyment.
