In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 2nd floor at Gut Winkel, the oldest still existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high quality and lovingly furnished and can accommodate 2 people on approx. 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyllic place. The farm has a very special soul to discover.

Paradise in Ammerland

If you're looking for a peaceful place to relax amidst beautiful fields and greenery, this is the place for you. The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Das lila Gästehaus steht in einem weitläufigen Garten mit alten Bäumen nah am Bauernhof und bietet Platz für Zweisamkeit, aber auch vier Erwachsene oder eine Familie. Überall in dem Garten und auf dem Hof finden sich schattige Plätze für die Großen zum Verweilen und verwucherte Geheimecken und Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Ein Schwenkgrill mit Feuerschale lädt zu abendlichen Lagerfeuern auf der gemeinschaftlichen Grillterasse ein.

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! Auf 150 m² Wohnfläche habt ihr ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, drei Schlafzimmer, Gästezimmer und Marmorbad. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, das Zentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
