Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Mai 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt im 1.OG auf Gut Winkel, dem ältesten noch existierenden Hof (1746) in der Gemeinde Apen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet auf ca. 75qm 2 Personen Platz. Die Gartenbenutzung ist selbstverständlich erlaubt. Wir leben hier zusammen mit unseren Hunden, Katzen und Pferden und freuen uns, Dich in dieser Idylle begrüßen zu dürfen. Der Hof hat eine ganz besondere Aura, die es zu entdecken gilt.

Vergiss deine Sorgen – in dieser geräumigen Wohnung im Herzen von Ostfriesland kannst du eine tolle Auszeit vom Alltag genießen... In dem großen offenen Wohnbereich befindet sich eine Wohnecke mit SmartTV, eine Küchenzeile und ein Essbereich sowie Schlafmöglichkeiten. Zusätzlich zu dem offenen Wohnbereich gibt es noch ein geräumiges Doppelzimmer und ein neues Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Terassen und Parkplätze stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung.

Large garden with campfire place...near Landerlebnishof Janssen, Bad Zwischenahner Meer and of course Rhodo city of Westerstede...and much more, all very easy to reach by bike. However, we don't want dogs. Have a cat and horses run next door in the pasture

On the shore of our natural pond is our cozy wooden house. It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland! We look forward to welcoming you as guests!

Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region! Auf 150 m² Wohnfläche habt ihr ein großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, drei Schlafzimmer, Gästezimmer und Marmorbad. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse, das Zentrum ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
