Entspannen Sie sich in dieser besonderen und ruhigen Unterkunft. Das Haus liegt idyllisch, trotzdem kann man Geschäfte und das Ärztehaus im Ort mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten erreichen. Radtouren und Wanderungen machen hier einfach Spaß, Badeseen sind in der Nähe zu finden. Die umliegende Gastronomie ist nur zu empfehlen. Hunde sind uns willkommen (nicht in den Betten), wenn sie ruhig und aggressionslos sind (bitte keine Welpen). Wir haben selbst drei sehr verträgliche und liebe Hündinnen.

Newly renovated & modern furnished apartment in a listed house at the harbor head at the historic Old Harbor in Weener. The approx. 50 sqm cozy apartment is located on the second floor. You have a magnificent view over the harbor. In the bedroom, a double bed is available (180 × 200). In the living & dining area, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed. Parking is free at the harbor square. Bicycles can be stored in the hallway. Renovation of the exterior facade starting August 17, 2022.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Charmingly furnished apartment in a listed fully renovated Gulfhof. The apartment (about 75-80 square meters) is in a quiet location of a small village with fewer than 100 inhabitants. It is the ideal starting point for - Walks (500 m walk to the river "Ems") - Cycling tours (directly on the Fehn and Dollart route) - Ship transfers of ships from the Meyer shipyard. Great for families, small playground directly opposite Grill & garden furniture can be rented

Light-flooded terraced house "Thea"

The "Thea" townhouse impresses with cozy retreat corners, such as the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, and there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa with a tea.

Pretty private one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in a pretty look awaits dear guests! The apartment is located in a detached house . PAPENBURG is about 6 km away. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

Apartment "Altstadtseele" in Leer /East Frisia

From this centrally located place, in a listed old town house, extensively renovated in May 2024, it is only a few steps directly to the harbor. The pedestrian zone, bakeries, restaurants and cafes are in the immediate vicinity. The ground-level apartment offers direct access to the covered terrace. A car can be parked free of charge directly at the house. The new bathroom and all entrances and rooms are accessible.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Just minutes to downtown and yet wonderfully located at the so-called "Julianenpark." Central yet in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Many shopping facilities can be reached quickly.
