This is a bi-level apartment in a 4 plex with no one above or below you. It's located in a good neighborhood and is a short drive to shopping, dining establishments and the Encana Arena. Comes with fully equipped kitchen as well as a propane bbq. There's also a desk and workspace which makes it perfect if you're working from home. Parking area is close to the door. Just a short walk to the beach, Snak Shack for treats, disc golf course (frisbee golf), tennis/pickle ball courts, brand new playground.
