“I stayed at Rudy and Mari's place over the winter while working in El Paso. Their place is spacious and very clean and includes all the amenities. The living room and kitchen area are an open floor plan with a lot of natural light. The bedroom is huge with plenty of closet space and a nice seating area to read a book. The kitchen is well stocked. If you forget any soap, shampoo etc. They have that there as well. There is even a washer and dryer. Outside is beautiful, there is a patio and carport to sit and watch wonderful sunrise or sunsets. The place is very private and quiet. Behind the house is the desert where you can have a great view of the mountains and every now and then spot a cowboy on his horse or a rabbit. There are a few local stores, restaurants nearby. It's only about a 10 minute drive to El Paso. Anthony and Canutillo are not far either. White sands is only about an hour away and is a great place to visit. I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it. Rudy and Mari are family oriented and will make you feel right at home without hovering. When it was time for me to go home, they even sent me on my way with 2 bottles of wine and a beautiful card. I will miss them and hope to return some day.”

“Candid and Lyndon are wonderful hosts/wonderful people. Their casita was not only stylish, but also extremely clean and tidy. They offer great suggestions for local restaurants, etc. as well as all of the essential necessities one would need (coffee, tea, cups, plates, etc.) I recommend this stay to anyone.”

Hike to the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument via an arroyo from the casita, take a dip in the pool, or rest in the peaceful and tastefully decorated space. It is a perfect place for a quiet getaway or as a base to explore the area.
“This casita was a wonderful place to spend several days exploring the nearby national monument. It is located in a beautiful location with views of mountains and easy access to a wash you can follow to nearby trails. So many birds and other wildlife to enjoy! In 5 days, we still hadn’t seen it all, and Michaela was full of local trail tips. Importantly, she takes cleaning seriously and the place was immaculate. We enjoyed getting to know her and hope to return sometime soon.”
