Our house is lovingly and modernly furnished. The garden is spacious with a beautiful fire pit and swing and trampoline for the little ones. A new gas grill and lounge furniture are available on the covered patio area. The highlight is the large whirlpool on the covered terrace. One bedroom is already equipped with an orthopedic sleeping system based on a box spring bed and from around March 1st we will be offering an orthopedic WATERBED as an additional highlight for our guests suffering from back pain. Luxurious 230 m² holiday apartment with high-quality furnishings and access to the exclusive wellness residence. Two bedrooms with box spring beds, a sofa bed in the living room and another in the office provide sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people. Designer kitchen, projector, 55 m² covered terrace with barbecue and table tennis table. Highlight: 120 m² wellness area for exclusive use with steam sauna, Finnish sauna, outdoor wood-fired sauna, whirlpool in the conservatory, relaxation room, tea kitchen, foot bath, showers & changing rooms.

Quiet in a central location

From the courtyard with the parking space you can access the furnished terrace (20 m²) barrier-free via the ramp and from there to the ground floor (56 m²) with fully equipped kitchen, the dining and living area with sofa bed (1.40 x 2.0 m lying surface). On the gallery (17 m²) is the sleeping area for 2 people (double bed 1.8 x 2 m and a reading corner. The bathroom (7 m²) with extra-wide access door has a floor-level shower in addition to the toilet and sink. The shed has space for bicycles.

Relax in this peaceful place to stay. In the middle of the rural idyll of the old village of Heemsen between Hanover and Bremen, near the Weser (cycle path) and Lichtenmoor (cranes), you will find the quietly located guest house. The detached, 120 m², completely renovated vacation home consists of a cozy and bright living and dining room including a fireplace, a nice kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2/1/1), 2 bathrooms plus guest toilet, a furnished terrace, parking spaces and a beautiful garden.

Well-being in the heart of Nienburg (Weser)

We offer cozy rooms in our house. These are located in our lovingly furnished sewing cafe right next to the large converted water tower. You can quickly reach the train station (about 2 minutes' walk), the city center / old town with the most beautiful weekly market in Europe (about 8 minutes' walk) or the Weser cycle path. This proximity characterizes the location of our house and is ideal for a break as a couple, solo traveler, cyclist, trade fair visitor (Hanover) and much more.

AUSZEITHAUS with sauna and infrared cabin

Pure idyll! You treat yourself to a break in the calm countryside! In a private house with 140 square meters. In the enclosed courtyard there is a pavilion, garden loungers and a large grill. You will stay on two floors in lovingly designed rooms. You can relax and explore the area, cycle, swim or paddle on the Aller. Our village is 10 km from the equestrian town of Verden, right on the Weser-Aller cycle path and a five-minute walk to the river. Children and dogs are welcome.

The newly modernized apartment is located in Marklohe near Nienburg/Weser. The apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6 people – ideal for cyclists or anyone who wants to spend a few quiet days in the countryside. The popular Weser bike path passes directly beside the apartment. There is a bakery right next door. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, restaurants and an outdoor swimming pool. The city of Nienburg Weser is about 5 km away.

Cozy, partly antique, yet modernly furnished rooms. Each room has its own style. This room is located in a country house, with several residential complexes. It is on the ground floor with a separate entrance, large double bed, bathroom, TV. In the hallway there is a small safe, mini fridge, kettle and Tassimo machine. Former bakery

The former bakery in Schweringen was completely renovated as a guest house in 2019 and now offers 2 rooms (1 room with a double bed, 1.40 wide and 1 room with 2 single beds, 90 cm wide) with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The Weser ferry and the Weser cycle path are right outside the door. Schweringen and the beautiful surroundings invite you to take long walks and bike rides.

Appartement in a historical watermill

Water mill pure romance top. The Bruchmühle is the only functioning water mill in Bruchhausen-Vilsen. The mill dates from the 13th century and has a large private mill pond. In the sloping nature reserve around the mill you can hike and cycle wonderfully. Bruchhausen-Vilsen is a recognized health resort. Relax in this special and quiet accommodation.
