Vacation rentals with a firepit in Wilmington

This was our second time staying at Evelyn's place. Evelyn goes above and beyond to make the place feel welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the house had everything we could have wanted in a home away from home.

Stayed with 6 children. This place is beautiful, spacious, and had everything that we needed. The location was great - private, but also just a 10 minute drive to grocery stores. Hosts are excellent communicators and you can tell they care about their property and the folks who stay here. Grateful to have found it! Would stay again.

Juliana's place was the perfect getaway for my Mom's 70th birthday. Half of her sisters already live in the area so we were looking for somewhere to stay close to them for a girl's weekend. Everyone commented how beautiful the home was. It was clean and spacious and close to plenty of things to do- brunch at Speckled Hen/downtown Strasburg, shopping at the outlets, thrifting at the many thrift stores in the area, farmer's markets, and more! The rain kept us from being able to enjoy the fire pit and creek but it was such a lovely view to see everyday. Thank you, Juliana for sharing this space!

This house and property are a dream. Spent the weekend here with a few friends for my 30th birthday and I couldn’t imagine a better space to gather with loved ones. The property is so fun and well-maintained, and we took advantage of the incredible amenities, specifically the pickleball court and fire pit near the pond. The house slept everyone perfectly. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The living room perfect for game night and cozying on the couch. I can’t wait to stay here again! Everyone had an amazing time and raved about the space. Definitely recommend going to September Farms nearby for food/coffee. Juliana was responsive, kind, accommodating, and helpful. Looking forward to returning soon!

what a beautiful home. Plenty of space, very clean and super comfortable. We came here to recharge from the holidays and that's exactly what we did. The views from the house are so peaceful...front and back. I loved watching the Amish buggy's pass by. Monica was very helpful and always answered any questions. Great restaurants and just so relaxing. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as pictured and was extremely clean! The check in was simple and check out was a breeze as well! The beds/linens for clean and comfortable and it was quiet to sleep at night. The house was 10 minutes away from where we needed to be for the weekend and was close to shops and restaurants. Kate was a great host, thoughtful and was responsive to messages. If we ever need a place to stay in the same area we will definitely stay again!!!

Really well appointed, beautiful peaceful waterfront location, everything well thought out, yard games, swing and kayaking super fun for kids.

Took a trip to the Lancaster area with my mom, and our stay at Kathryn’s space was nothing short of wonderful; very clean, smelled fresh, spacious interior, and lots of privacy. Definitely will book this space in the future and highly recommend for others traveling to this area.

Really great stay! The one-bedroom was super clean and comfy—perfect for a relaxing weekend. The shower was awesome, nice water pressure and super clean. Loved hanging out by the fire pit at night, and the gazebo was a great spot to chill with a coffee in the morning. Would definitely come back.Actually this might be my go to air Bnb when i come to Philly. Thanks again for everything

We were welcomed and directed by Wilma in the midst of a thunderstorm. She was so helpful and gracious. There were fresh, yummy brownies waiting for us as a delicious treat. They also supplied eggs, butter, a fresh loaf of homemade bread. and fresh milk. The beds were so comfortable. We haven't slept that well in a long time. Our 7 year old grandson loved exploring the farm and playing basketball with several of the host's sons. We enjoyed the conversations and hospitality. We hope to visit again.

I had a wonderful, easy stay at this cute little apartment. Parking was essential for me, as I was in the area for work and had to load and unload my vehicle daily, so that was a huge plus. The place was clean and simple, and the mattress was super comfortable. Also, the location was central to the needs of my business. I would rent this space again.

Jane's place was a lovely stay in Lancaster. Clean and spacious apartment with parking. Would recomend to anyone visiting Lancaster. 10/10

Posting for my friend who stayed (I'm a repeat booker but sadly couldn't make it!). She absolutely loved Luli's Peaceful Getaway! This cozy basement spot features easy parking, a huge TV perfect for movies, a fun Coke-themed dining area, and a full kitchen with treats. Plenty of beds and super soft towels too! Luli was incredibly thoughtful and responsive, leaving lights on for a late arrival and granting a late checkout post-race. My friend can't wait to bring her family back!

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. It is just as described and how it looks in the pictures. Perfect for a romantic and peaceful getaway. Susan was super responsive and clear with the instructions. I will definitely consider this cabin again if I’m looking for this type of stay! Thank you!! :)

This was my first airbnb , it was so nice and well kept.I took my wife away for our 36th wedding anniversary and we loved your place.we used the outside fire pit every night.ate at the local diners and enjoyed the peace and quiet.i would like to visit again.....next time I'm bringing my fishing gear. Wonderful stay! Beautiful property, the cabin was lovely and super clean, the beds were comfy, and Joanna was very accommodating! Our family loved the fire pit, yard games, and garage ping pong. The horses next door were such a sweet addition. We will be back whenever we visit family in the area. Thank you!

The cabin was well furnished and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking which we like to do when we're traveling. It felt homey and cozy and the wooded surroundings meant we could see and hear lots of birds. It was also nice to be able to walk along the creek. The only real negative was the traffic noise from the nearby highway, but we decided that it wouldn't keep us from returning for another stay. And the cookies and fresh eggs on our arrival were a sweet bonus. Thank you, Donny and Michelle for sharing such a wonderful place with us.

Sue’s place had great views and that cozy cabin feel. She was a great host and was very willing to accommodate us. The Airbnb was exactly as it was described. The surrounding town was also beautiful and had excellent places to eat. Well worth the stay.

This cottage was the perfect respite for my family. The big panoramic window that looked out over the water was perfect. The house was so comfortable and the hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend a stay here. There isn’t a lot to do in the immediate area, but the university of Delaware was 20 minutes away and Baltimore an hour south. It was a perfect house for a long weekend getaway.

Amazing place, great location, a cabin with more way space than it seems — with nearly every convenience and amenity that one can think of. Even just arriving to this property one gets a sense of peace and tranquility. My kids loved the bunk beds, my wife loved the comfort of the main bed, and I apparently passed out on the couch because it was so comfy. Didn’t wake up til the kids did. Anyone thinking of staying here definitely should — this property is definitely the one that is worth its 5 star rating.

This was our second stay at Tim’s place and it did not disappoint. We rarely return to the same place twice but this house is worth it. We brought the kids this time and explored all of the nature trails on the property and created lasting memories for our family. Tim is incredibly friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond, answering any questions we had while making sure our trip was enjoyable. You MUST check out this little slice of heaven.
