Vacation rentals in Wingen

Great place to stay, very clean and no clutter.

We travelled as an extended family using both cottages, and had a fantastic stay. The main house is accessed by stairs, so tricky for older grandparents and little ones without supervision. The smaller cottage is single level with easy flat access, and closer to the fire pit with an outdoor table/chairs and open grass area where we spent most of the time picnic-ing. The pool was great for cooling off in, and is nicely shaded by the surrounding shrubs. We brought our own pool noodles. Lots of board games as well as Disney+ kept the kids occupied when it was too hot to be outdoors. Kim provided us with a portacot, high chair and baby gate ahead of arrival, and Easter eggs and candies welcomed us when we got there.

We had a cosy stay in a neat and tidy cottage. Kym left an Easter treat which was lovely. About 10 - 20 min drive to most Hunter valley activities. Grocery stores 5-10 min drive. Kitchen has basic utensils & cooking items so pack anything specific you might need. Heating & cooling available. Mattresses average if you are fussy about comfort! Overall good value for money - suitable for small family or two couples.

This was the perfect location for our family reunion. Plenty of space, great facilities, activities galore and the kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Playground for the kids, clean pool, grassed areas for the little ones to play, and heaps of activities in the garage area for the adults to play with!! Throw in some very friendly alpacas and you have a great venue for everyone to enjoy. Thank you!!!!

Our family of 2 adults & 3 kids were very comfortable at Sandra's place. The house is spacious, clean, and very well-equipped with plenty of towels, linen, toiletries, board games, beach chairs, kitchen supplies and pantry essentials. It is walking distance to the beach and several shops. Sandra is a wonderful host. She gave us useful tips about the local area, provided us with breakfast items and fresh fruit, and even baked a cake for us! She also bought some toys for the children, and after our stay she posted some items we accidentally left behind. I would highly recommend Sandra's place for families or a group of adults who would like a quiet, comfortable house to stay in.

Georgia's & Peter’s Cabin is the perfect private getaway for couples! Arrival was made very easy, no silly key lock boxes or codes. The cabin was clean and tidy. They also went above and beyond, gifting us wine, bacon and eggs. We had a lovely stay here and will be returning!

Bundera Lodge was great for a short holiday getaway. Wonderful views across the valley, peaceful surroundings, and most importantly a great coffee machine :) Tim was really helpful and gave clear instructions. Everything in the lodge was in the right place and was working. The kitchen was well-stocked and had a variety of pots, pans, and appliances for cooking up a feast. Thanks so much!

Connor’s place was everything we needed, private, comfortable and suitable for the furry ones. The pictures actually didn’t make justice and I was nicely surprised!
