Here you can find peace and quiet. The former barn was converted into a residential building with a lot of love. On approx. 100 square meters spread over three levels there are four sleeping places, kitchen with fireplace, bathroom with shower and laundry room with dryer. It is 800 m to the DB train station. Cologne 40 min., Siegen 30 min. Final cleaning EUR 60 one time.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

The small half-timbered house "Haus Nr. 9" is located in Mittelsaurenbach in the municipality of Ruppichteroth. The house is completely renovated and is a lovingly decorated self-catering house. The centrepiece is the incredibly cosy eat-in kitchen with a tiled stove. Enjoy the tranquility of nature or excursions to Bonn, Cologne or the Panarbora Adventure Park. Dogs are only allowed if this has been agreed in advance. An extra fee will be charged.

Here you can expect a great view over the Bröltal and an apartment with rustic concrete ceilings in a loft character. Floor-to-ceiling windows and an open living area with sofa bed offer a light-flooded ambiance. Clay plaster elements and natural home textiles offer coziness. The apartment on the upper floor has a living area of 93 m². This is divided into three rooms, kitchen, hallway, bathroom with toilet and guest toilet, utility room and a beautiful roof terrace of about 30 m². Underfloor heating is available throughout the apartment. In both bedrooms there is a double bed so that up to 4 people can sleep comfortably there! The kitchen is fully equipped. In the utility room there is a washing machine and a dryer.
