We lived here for 20 days, the landlord respond speed is very quick, nobody bother us, provide everything we need, the kitchen appliances is very complete, 👍👍👍 the house is very convenient to each region if you are also in a business trip, Newmarket, King city, Markham, Vaughan is close to Richmood hill within half an hour driving distance, Brampton, Toronto downtown, Mississauga , Milton, Hamilton within 1 hour, Niagara Falls 2 hours, The nearby ESSO within 300 meters, You can find some restaurants within 20 minutes driving distance, few restaurants within 5-10 minutes, Everything is good, hope the landlord business better and better! I had a great stay at this downtown Toronto apartment. Aliyah was a great host—she provided very clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and the entire stay smooth. The location is fantastic—walking distance to my meetings, with plenty of restaurant options and a cozy coffee shop nearby. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Toronto and want to stay in a convenient, central location with a reliable host!

This cozy little place was ideal for us. It had everything plus to make our stay comfortable If I were to offer any suggestion it would be to mention the stairs going down to the unit We were 4 seniors who found them to be a bit of a challenge and perhaps an extra chair at the table

Jia is very friendly, responsive and provided us with everything we needed. The house location is great, only takes 5 to 10 minutes to decent restaurants. We would definitely rent her house again with my annual family reunions. Thank you Jia for a great host.
