This was a beautiful and well kept home and was a delight to stay in. Natalia was also a lovely and communicative host. We had no issues and would happily stay there again.

Diamond in the rough! Very nice place, was very clean and accommodated everyone.

The house is near town but feels remote and private. It was a great place for four adults and two children. The spacious living and kitchen area is on a different floor from the bedrooms, so someone could stay up late without bothering the others. The wrap-around deck was an added plus! We will book this again for our next family reunion.

I have been to many places but this house was top notch I'm glad I got to stay there with my family. everyone was very happy with the property. I would like to stay in the summer as well

Rented this for six weeks while working in the area, was perfect. I enjoyed it very much. Lots of space everything you could possibly need even down to the toothpaste and brushes, you could seriously just show up completely unprepared and you would have an excellent stay. If I am back in the area for long term again this will be my first search.

My coworker and I travel all over for work. Coming across a host such as Adel and Co-Host Veronica is very rare! We work nights which can be a bit hard to work around with check in and check out times but graciously they allowed us our rest through a late check-out. I am very pleased with my stay here in New Jersey! Great experience!

Beth and Tom’s place is amazing part of the Upper Delaware. If you fish and love the Delaware, you’ll love this place.

This house was better than the pictures. It is absolutely amazing- gorgeous and clean. The hosts thought of every possible detail to make our stay special. They are not super hosts - they are Super Duper hosts !! They should teach a class on how to host an air b n b. The house was huge , beds perfectly comfortable, hot tub clean, gym was convenient, tvs everywhere and a working fireplace. There were 9 of us and we still had plenty of room. We all had a relaxing trip- we can’t wait to come back. Hosts responded quickly and were pleasant and helpful. If you have a large group , I don’t think you will find a better house!

We stayed at this little place right where Chinatown meets the entrance to Little Italy, which was a perfect location for our one night in New York City! Amazing Osso Bucco, and fabulous Aperol spritzes everywhere, with a little park nearby to walk to with our toddler ! This lovely little space (with an elevator!!) was an excellent place to escape the bustle on the streets below. It worked great for our little family.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

My husband and I (and our little dog Kiwi) truly enjoyed our stay at Elliot’s garden apartment. The location is fantastic - just a quick walk to all the shops and restaurants yet the street is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. We loved the deck views of the creek and it was great having the backyard and garden patio for the dog. Elliot was a great host -he gave us suggestions for restaurants and we were able to meet he and his adorable dog Foxxy when we arrived. The home is just as it appears in the listing and was very clean and comfortable. The steps to the garden and down to the yard were not a problem for us (or our dog) and the parking spot is directly across from the door on the street level which is helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book Elliot’s place again!

had a great time here while a group of us did the Breakneck Trail Race! quiet and clean and an very short walk to town for restaurants and coffee.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

Bethany is an excellent host; she responded to my questions very promptly. She has gone above and beyond to provide renters with staples to get them settled quickly, i.e. paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, dish soap etc. We have been very comfortable in this apartment and would highly recommend it to others. I expect we will rent again in the future.

Our stay was extremely quiet until the upstairs neighbors returned. We don't have kids or pets so we're very used to quiet. Getting used to hearing upstairs neighbors took getting used to for me. The place was chock full of supplies, coffee, Scrabble and welcoming decor. The bed was outstandingly comfortable. The bathroom was modern and creative! The outdoor patio, activities and view of the creek were impressive. This is definitely on our "to return to" list.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed my time while attending a Spartan Race

Usufruímos deste apartamento em família, num grupo de 6 adultos. A nossa estadia foi perfeita, apartamento espaçoso, agradavelmente decorado com cozinha bem equipada, qualidade e totalmente funcional. O terraço tem uma excelente vista panorâmica, sendo que o clima não nos permitiu a sua utilização. Conforto e limpeza 5 estrelas. Foi uma ótima base para explorarmos NYC, encontrando aqui um refúgio calmo para o necessário descanso e convívio familiar. Fácil acessibilidade por transporte público. No nosso caso Uber/Lyft que em 10 minutos nos colocavam na estação de Hoboken. Sem dúvida que voltaremos a considerar esta opção numa futura visita.

I can’t praise Anthony’s home enough. This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The house was immaculate and well-stocked. It was so cozy and we felt right at home. The backyard is so cool to have right in the middle of the city - our dog loved it. The location is incredible - so many great restaurants to walk to but also very quiet and peaceful. It’s very close to two subway stations and parking was usually very easy to find. Anthony was also so friendly and accommodating - it’s clear he cares very much about the guest experience. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The place was great and just as pictured/described. Joann gave great instructions and was very responsive. We were only there for a short stay for a race, but it looked like a great area I would’ve loved to explore if we had more time. The only thing I didn’t care for was the requirement for to wash and dry all towels before leaving. Since I already paid a hefty cleaning fee that seemed like a bit much. And the washer/dryer is small so this took a couple of loads to get done.

Perfect getaway! Easy to access local hotels at a great value! Highly recommend and will personally be back!

Great communication and easy checkin, spotless & stylish! We had a wonderful last minute spring getaway from the city. Compared to other airbnbs around, seemed comparatively good value for money. We cooked meals in the apartment and the kitchen is well appointed for doing so; there is also a keurig and French press.
