Artist rents a beautiful, bright and quiet house (extension, 60 m²) in the middle of the countryside. The large kitchen-living room with exit to terrace and garden offers plenty of space. Pure relaxation in the garden. Storks and cranes are very close. Swimming in the Hamme. Directly from the house, many different bike paths lead through the fantastic Teufelsmoor landscape. Bremen, Worpswede and the North Sea can be reached quickly, for example by train. Great all-weather pool in the village.

Forest property (2000 sqm) with wooden cabin (50 sqm). The property is wild and not cultivated. In the cabin there is central heating. In addition, it can be heated with a wood-burning stove. For professional handling there is a detailed description. Each wood basket costs EUR 10. Please leave the money in the hut. Bed linen/towels are included in the rental price. Welcome to the “living work of art” by the universal artist Bernhard Hoetger! Our holiday apartment is located on the wooded southern slope of the Weyerberg in Worpswede and promises an art-oriented holiday in nature. Door reliefs, ceiling paintings, sculptural wooden beams: original design elements enliven the character of the expressionist house that Hoetger built in 1922. Follow in Hoetger's footsteps and experience the harmony between art and nature in this unique accommodation!

Very cozy half-timbered house in the countryside near Bremen

Small, idyllically located half-timbered house in the countryside on a park-like property. Cozy living room with open kitchen and small separate bathroom with shower and toilet on the first floor. Sleeping area (large double bed) on the upper floor with slopes can be reached via small stairs. Approximately 2 km from the town center and only 200 m to take long walks in the countryside or forest. Bus and train stop about 800 m away to visit Bremen (20 min.) or Worpswede (20 min.)

Overnight stay in a construction trailer near Worpswede

The approx. 18 m² construction trailer offers a cozy overnight stay for up to two people in a 1.40 m wide sleeping bunk in summer and winter. In the trailer there is an equipped pantry kitchen with a 2-plate stove, fridge and hot water. The bed is about 140 x 200 cm with a few centimeters of "air" at the head and foot end. Next to the construction trailer is an odorless composting toilet. The bathroom is in our house and must be shared with us.

the 4**** cottage is located on the edge of our organic farm in the Devil's Moor. The Teufelsmoor is the namesake for an entire region with the artist village Worpswede in its center. Our holiday home was newly built in 2015. The quiet location offers rest and relaxation for the whole family. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, biking or canoeing. Bremen, Bremerhaven and Hamburg are also not far away for those who want culture or shopping.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Cozy little half-timbered house

Small witch's house on the edge of a grove, accessible via a courtyard. Natural garden, of which a wooded part can be used. A few sheep, cat 'Tiggi' and farm dog 'Arthus' are part of it. Deer and rabbits often stop by the adjacent pasture; in the spring and summer, bird concerts are part of the standard program. In cloudless weather, a wonderful starry sky without light pollution.
