The place is on the 2nd floor and is 74 m². Bikes can be parked in a lockable room. Due to the central location between Bremerhaven (25 km), Cuxhaven (16 km) and the proximity to the coast, e.g. Dorum Neufeld (9 km), the apartment is the ideal starting point for all day trippers.

The charming building houses three cozy apartments and is located on a warft, protected behind the dyke, right by the striking Ochsenturm. The dyke borders directly on the North Sea and the Wadden Sea UNESCO World Heritage Site. The region invites you to a relaxing holiday in all seasons and offers many opportunities for recreation and exploration.

The detached single-story house is located on an approximately 400 sqm, fully fenced property. Dogs that agree to stay exclusively in the conservatory and in the garden are welcome here.
