“Very nice, nice apartment. Araik and his wife are trying to create coziness and it turns out great for them. Comfortable apartment, bright and cozy. Located in the city center with access to anywhere in Stepanakert. Araik is a fairly erudite guide who will tell and show you all the sights of Nagorno-Karabakh. Next to the elegant bakery, where they bake fresh khachapuri and buns. Highly recommend. Thank you for your hospitality!”

“Habitación espectacular, casa tranquila, cerca del centro! Todo perfecto. Wonderful house, beautiful room near the center. My second visit, and not the last ...”
A new, modern, comfortable apartment-style guest house has recently opened in the very centre of Stepanakert (Karabakh/Artsakh). Situated within a few minutes walk of the bus station, it is convenient for all of the City’s amenities. It has good equipment, including fast internet (wi-fi), and smart TV, so it will suit those who want to stay ‘connected’ but enjoy being close to the local community. It has full bathroom and kitchen facilities for the sole use of the resident
“Love for Nagorno-Karabakh. Our accommodation, very clean and well equipped, was located in a very nice popular area, with its fruit and vegetable vendors, ... and all the shops you could need. It is close to the main avenues and the city center is easily accessible on foot. Susanna is an exceptional hostess, who loves and knows her country well. She will guide you and advise you throughout your stay. The time has gone too fast, we should have stayed a few more days. We will return to Susanna's place, that's for sure.”
