The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

We had a fantastic stay in Valencia, the property was perfect for us. Coming at Easter was amazing with all the Easter parades in the area, which were spectacular. Great location for the beach and the seafood restaurants, as well as the historic centre and the science and art park, Jardin Turia etc. We used the Valenbisi bikes to get around they were so easy. Alejandro, was super helpful, responsive and a great host. We went to his Tapas Restaurant Casa Montana, the food, wine and service were excellent, I would highly recommend 😊

Great apartment in a TOP location. Just a few minutes to the sea, shops and restaurants around the corner. The market hall is not far and the connection with public transport is perfect. Everything was clean and superbly decorated. Highly, highly recommended!

What an amazing house with swimming pool, something on the cold side in October:-). We were there with 8 people and there is enough room for that. Spacious rooms and cleanly furnished. A 10-minute drive from the town of Vilamarxant, where there is a shop and a baker. The bakery has delicious bread, but you have to be early for that otherwise it's up. Supermarket also has great bread. Valencia is a half hour drive away, you will be on the highway in no time. Daniel communicates pleasantly, responds quickly and adequately. The manager Fernando is very helpful and friendly and also responds quickly through the app. Is also quickly on the spot if needed.

It is ideally located: 100 m from a very decent bakery, 300 m from the large beach, 600 m from the Mercadona, 100 m from a super nice lowcost bike rental and especially in the area of former fishermen which is extremely typical. Bedroom is at the back of the accommodation and therefore very quiet. We would definitely recommend this place.

Our stay in this apartment was really great. The location is particularly convenient, a short distance from both the beach and public transport, which makes it ideal for a relaxing holiday in Valencia. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Jessica, the host's daughter. Her warm welcome, accompanied by a bottle of cava and also groceries (breakfast/bread/water) that we were really super happy with, was a pleasant surprise that immediately made our stay special. The apartment was top👍 It was clean, fresh, spacious and equipped with every comfort, including plenty of towels, beach towels and other necessities. We spent some wonderful days here, and the contact with the host was particularly easy, smooth and enjoyable during our stay. Very thoughtful. This property has absolutely enriched our vacation. We would love to come back and highly recommend this place.

We were excited to visit Valencia where our college student was studying Spanish. The host, Anthony, comminicated clearly and in a timely way before check-in, during the check-in process, and throughout our stay. He was generous with suggestions for how to fully enjoy Valencia, Las Fallas, and what to expect during the festival. The building is beautiful with old-world character yet modern comforts. The main living space opens onto a pretty courtyard. It was lovely to begin the day listening to the birds while drinking coffee provided by the host. The apartment features a well-equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was an added bonus for our family of the three. The location of the apartment was great for walking all over Valencia to its most well-known sites and not far from many of the Las Fallas festivities. If we get to visit Valencia again we would book this amazing property without hesitation! You should do the same if you want to be close to sites of Valencia.

This place is great!! If you are staying in Valencia this neighbourhood is a great choice, there is everything you need close by and everything is in walking distance! This apartment is on a quieter street, has a bright clean and safe entrance hall and a lift! The apartment has absolutely everything you could possibly ever need and more!! We have never seen a better equipped place! The hosts met us at exactly the time we arrived and explained everything clearly and followed this up with messsages and pictures of the equipment so we knew everything (great prompt communication) The bathroom was clean and spacious (seemed bigger than the pictures!) there was loads of wardrobe/storage space, the couch was comfortable, the balcony was lovely to sit out on. The bed and pillows were comfy and I slept very well! Highly recommend this place, it lacked nothing! Ten stars 🌟

Staying in this beautiful apartment was a beautiful experience. Upon arrival, we were allowed early check-in, which was much appreciated by us. The house is in a quiet area without any night noise and is in the central area of Valencia a few steps from the Central Market and close to the monuments to visit. The house is very spacious and very clean and they also welcomed us with sweets, water and milk for breakfast upon arrival. Under the apartment there is a very good Italian pizzeria very comfortable when you are tired for daily walks.

Fantastic apartment with an amazing host! Natalia was very responsive to messages and helped us with an additional nights stay due to the fire at Heathrow. The apartment was as described and was perfectly located to enjoy Valencia city centre and Las Fallas festival. It was wonderful to be so close to the central market and all the fresh produce it had to offer. Many thanks Natalia for an amazing break and for being such a wonderful host.

The apartment was a great place to stay with a young family. The beach and supermarket were within easy walking distance and it was really well connected by multiple bus routes for easy travel into the city. The area is a reasonably quiet residential area with nice relaxed vibe. The apartment was well provisioned with everything we needed including beach equipment and beach towels which was a nice extra. Getting in was relatively simple, we were met by the cleaner to give us the key and she was friendly. Ambrosio was proactive in communication beforehand to arrange everything and was responsive to messages when initially we couldn't locate the person for the key.

We had a really good time in Valencia. The city is really great and there is plenty to do with children. The apartment is as described and Carles is very pleasant to communicate with. The neighbourhood is a fairly quiet residential neighbourhood but buses and metro are readily available for getting to more buzzy areas/restaurants etc.

It's the second year we've gone and we'll keep going back. María Jesús is a lovely woman and is super attentive, you can count on her for whatever you need and she takes great care of the details of her accommodation. It is an ideal place to go with children and spend a few quiet days, the beach is a luxury, yes, one day we found jellyfish, but the rest of us enjoyed it a lot because the beach is super quiet and the water is warm, ideal for children! And the residential development is great, with a restaurant, shop, ice cream shop... We'll be back for sure!

I had a wonderful time this place is beautiful, peaceful and a cut above. Gianina was friendly, helpful and her place was beautiful and well equipped There are many restaurants. The beach is a few steps away from the house and the view is wonderful. I look forward to coming back.

The accommodation is phenomenal, comfortable, clean and with everything you need. It's exactly as shown in the photos. Antonio Luis's treatment is great, very nice and attentive. Everything was clear upon arrival and explained everything phenomenal, in addition to being very flexible!

Jose is very attentive, the apartment is great, with Todó everything you need. Clean and very well located.. Super agusto, recommended.

Comfortable, quaint & would stay again.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.
