非常舒適的住宿環境，房東說明清楚明瞭，周邊生活機能相當方便，生活用品一應俱全，極為舒適的住宿體驗，希望下次還有機會再入住

房间内非常干净整洁，本次住的房间在四楼，还有一个大阳台，白天可以在阳台欣赏风景，但晚上可能会因为空旷，产生一些声响。民宿内没有电梯搬运行李会有些不便。民宿周边有便利店和一些有当地特色的餐厅，但是所在的新营区距离台南市区比较远，这一点需要在入住前考虑好。

1.優點：房間乾淨整潔，房間裡面就有流理台還有一些基本的餐具，很方便。有提供兒童圖書還有積木，孩子很喜歡。房東友善且回覆迅速。房價合理。浴室熱水很迅速。 2.可改善：浴室通風比較不是那麼好，壁面有部分的霉斑，可以清理一下的話（建議可以用漂白水+廚房紙巾敷一小時，霉斑可以很有效去除），看起來會比較整潔。

這次來台南住一晚，帶了一幼童+一嬰兒，房間有澡盆小椅子方便幫嬰兒洗澡，也有適合不同年齡層的玩具，房間除了浴室以外，還有一個流理台很方便可以清洗物品，這裡交通位置方便、好停車，整體體驗經驗佳。

My first time staying at this residence, but not my forst time with the host. As always, Arwen has been amazing, communicative and very helpful. The apartment was secure and quiet, and close to all the amenities that you could need.

房源表現優異。 雖然位居學校旁邊，但是週末環境清幽舒適，房源的設備也非常充分，對於想要造訪新營的旅客來說是很棒的選擇～

This was a wonderful stay, I cannot express how much I enjoyed my brief time there. My only regret was I wasn’t able to get to know my host as I speak no mandarin, but despite that I did learn much about them through their actions. The host was attentive going so far as to make me breakfast well being attentive to any dietary restrictions, and handing me rain ponchos for my journey when they saw I was in need of something. Just endlessly kind and wholesome always had a smile for me
