“Bill was fantastic. Our reservation was amidst all the COVID-19 madness, and he reached out several days before our scheduled arrival to check in on our plans and comfort level - he made it clear that we were welcome to keep our reservation but that he understood a cancellation and made sure I was aware that AirBnB would do it for free, which was extremely respectful and considerate! We decided to keep our reservation as a quarantine from the quarantine (we’ve got family staying with us..) and I’m so glad we did. We weren’t sure when we were going to arrive originally and requested an early check in; he was transparent that he wouldn’t know until it was closer to arrival and knew the guests before us plans but that he would do his best - and he was good to his word, as soon as he knew he contacted us and was kindly able to accommodate. He was very quick and easy to communicate with, and his directions were very clear so getting in was a breeze. The room was a very comfortable studio with just about everything you’d need - TV, a kitchen, living room area, books, and even some board games which came in very handy with the quarantine! The fridge had some snacks available, there was coffee and tea, and all the cabinets were conveniently labeled to easily find everything. And, most importantly during this pandemic, ample amounts of toilet paper! Our stay was a well needed dose of sanity and wholesomeness during all of this COVID chaos. With family staying with us over the past couple weeks, I couldn’t be more happy that my husband and I were able to escape to Bills and have a comfortable breather together. Thank you Bill!!”

“First - Ramona is so easy to work with!!!! She’s patient, accommodating and flexible. I was coming to the area looking a place to “quarantine” and make sure I wasn’t sick before heading to my moms to keep her company. I had a lot of last minute changes that Romona and I were able to work through and I was impressed with how she runs her business. My mom lives in wickenburg so I’m very familiar with the area. I fly down from MN 4-5 times a year to visit her. I give that background to help those less familiar with the area feel confident in choosing Ramonas place. I needed peace, quiet and seclusion and I found it within 12 min of downtown Wickenburg. I loved listening to the birds chirping and horses neighing. I even gained a best buddy in their pup skip! The outside space provides outstanding views and the inside provides cozy and comfortable accommodations for any length of stay.”
This cabin, designed by noted architect George Christensen, is a rustic retreat in town. It’s close to lots of hiking in the Prescott National Forrest. Located next to the historic Mountain Club, the cabin is a quick drive to downtown. Note, there is only room to park one/two cars at the cabin; additional parking available on a lot on White Spar Rd. Our cabin is pet-friendly for a small fee. The logs can collect dust so some with allergies can be bothered. You must climb stairs to enter.
“Amazing cabin in Prescott. Close enough to downtown, 5 mins, yet far away enough to feel like you are in the woods! 15-20 mins away from cool hiking areas. The cabin was so homey and the real wood upstairs is amazing. Because of the wood there is dust, that’s completely normal! Don’t freak out people! It was a very clean cabin and a perfect getaway.”
