You can enter privately using the Jeju symbol, Jeongnang (the 3 bars were removed because they made it difficult to move the suitcase), and you can also use the free street parking and the front lawn. The first floor is a safe, townhouse-style rural bed and breakfast where the host lives, and the second floor is a 60m² annex with an external staircase, which is a private space where guests can stay.
