We spent 4 unforgettable days in this home in March 2025 with our whole family — we gathered in Yerevan to celebrate the birthday of our mom, grandmother and wife. There were 9 of us, and everyone was very happy with our stay. Cozy atmosphere, spacious rooms, a view of Mount Ararat, and peaceful surroundings — everything you need for a true getaway. We started each morning with a swim in the pool and a sauna session, despite the chilly weather. Played ball with the kids in the yard, and in the evenings we gathered in the living room as a family — watching movies, playing games, and having heartfelt conversations. During the day, we explored the city easily accessible by quick taxi drive. The kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped — we cooked delicious breakfasts and dinners ourselves. Huge thanks to the caring, hospitable, and attentive host Davit — the house is warm, thoughtfully designed, and truly feels like a family home. We’d certainly love to come back.

Overall, the property was excellent. I had no issues with the location, and the brand-new condition of the unit was impressive. Everything matched the pictures perfectly, and the furniture and bed linens were new and met our standards. Communication throughout the stay was seamless. One suggestion for improvement: clearly specifying the building details is essential, as the property’s location caused some confusion, with delivery personnel frequently getting lost. Aside from that minor detail, this property is an outstanding value. Being on the 19th floor adds to its appeal, offering a wonderful experience overall.
