After surviving the Eaton Canyon fire, I needed a place where I could decompress from the chaos and destruction. Being able to stay with family and friends following the event was a blessing, but I needed a place of my own to truly begin the healing process. I saw this listing and knew this was the place for me. The Monrovia location kept me close to my home while it is being repaired. The AirBnB's four units make for a quiet living experience and the fact that it is 2 blocks from Old Town Monrovia is the icing on the cake. This residential neighborhood is very walkable as experienced by the modest pedestrian street activity. Richard is the perfect host! When I I have a question or something in the unit needs to be addressed, Richard has immediately responded and satisfactorily solved the issue. I've resided in two of the units and both have been clean and excellently furnished. This place has helped me on my road back to normalcy! Thank you, Richard!

One of the best places to stay if you are around Glendale. It’s really comfortable and chill. The host is a nice person, very responsive and respectful. There is a mall across the street and many places to visit. Worth the money.

A gem! I stayed here for a little "me getaway" for my birthday. There are just 4 houses between this airbnb and the beach, it took me 52 seconds to walk from the gate to the sand. Well appointed kitchen, everything was clean and smelled great. Windows in very room w/particularly great natural light in the bedroom... lovely to feel the warm sun in the comfy bed in the mornings. Good window shades to block out light if you prefer. The bathroom is super cute w/little hotel style toiletry bottles provided. There's good temperature control with a heater, A/C and easy to open windows for a cool ocean breeze. Great beaches, parks, restaurants, coffee shops in the area; I found it to be very quiet and serene - you're ensconced behind a gate and walking path so it feels very private and safe. Free street parking. I was not missing a single thing and host was communicative, gave clear and helpful instructions, and had some thoughtful personal touches in the airbnb. Would return in a heartbeat!

This is my second time booking this air bnb and it was just as good as the first time. Location was perfect and still relatively close to LA and other areas.

Perfect spot for our needs. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery, and shops yet secluded and private. Darla was super helpful and responsive and helped make our first trip to the area a good experience.

An amazing stay, 5 stars without a doubt. The location is perfect, situated in a very peaceful area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The accommodation had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer any questions we had. Our stay at Danny's place was awesome! The apartment was very clean, had all the listed amenities, and it was close to many LA attractions. However, the best part was how easy it was to communicate with Danny and his wife, who were always happy to help. We would stay there again!

The host Mark was very kind and quick to respond. He also said that he would send us the items we left in the room by international mail. The accommodation was spacious and nice.

My family loved this Airbnb! The home was VERY clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make dinner and coffee in the morning. The yard is huge and our one dog enjoyed it very much. It's also in a great location, close to many different restaurants, grocery stores and shopping.

Came here for a conference, close distance to the convention center. Hugo was extremely gracious in returning an item that was accidentally left behind. He went above and beyond in shipping it back. Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This was an amazing place to stay. So close to the beach, restaurants, stores, and was easy to get in and out of the area. Sam is a great host and worked well with us if anything came up. I would highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our stay at William's place. It was clean, spacious, and met our expectations. We appreciated having a functional and well-equipped kitchen, two large bathrooms, and William was responsive to any questions and needs. We also appreciated that it was a 15–20-minute walk to downtown Alhambra. Parking was also easy, with the two allocated spots being large enough to accommodate our vehicles, and plenty of street parking, as needed. Thanks!

Krysta’s place is fabulous. The photos do not do it justice - it’s spacious, well-appointed, and squeaky clean. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. And we enjoyed starting each day with coffee on the deck and finishing each day in the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!
