Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Yvelines

Wonderful accommodation in quiet surroundings close to all sights both nature and culture. We would love to come back!

We stayed for 5 days in this large and beautiful house for the Christmas holidays. The houses (they face each other on the property) are charming and welcoming. Authentic vintage decor (lovers of sanitized places refrain!). Beautiful pleasant fireplace this season (the logs for the first 2 nights were kindly offered to us). Dishes (heterogeneous!) in sufficient quantity for our group of 12. Margaux and her mother Lise were welcoming in every way: the essentials of the first breakfast were waiting for us in the kitchen upon arrival, we were able to install an extension cord on the table to allow us to eat together, finally, the house not being rented on the day of our departure, we were able to stay an additional half day without any problem. The setting is quiet and pleasant. Too bad the weather and the time of year didn't allow us to enjoy the outdoor spaces... we'll have to come back!

Loved our weekend in the countryside in this beautiful, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated home. The house is surrounded by greenery and flowers, it smells like wisteria, and the environment is very quiet. The bedding is very comfortable, the evenings in front of the fireplace are so pleasant, in short it was perfect! We'll be happy to go back.

Very nice hosts, helpful and friendly. The accommodation is very clean and superbly equipped. Small point of criticism: the stairs are too steep for people with mobility problems. Overall, however, an idyllic accommodation with privacy and a small garden, as shown in the pictures.

We came with several couples of friends with children (6 months to 5 years). All the comforts are there to have a good time with friends (large kitchen very well equipped), a large number of rooms. In short, great stay

Perfect weekend. The most gorgeous house for a quiet weekend.

A wonderful cottage with beautiful and private garden and large yard. Sitting out on the patio listening to birds was so peaceful. We enjoyed looking at the family pictures and history of the house. House is rustic and has charm. Very comfortable beds in the 2 main bedrooms upstairs. Toilet and shower is downstairs on main floor - fine for us, but good for other guests to know up front. Kitchen worked well for us - local boulangerie only a short walk into town to buy bread and cheese and enjoyed eating at home; also so close to get in line early at Monet's home. Good restaurants and especially enjoyed the local chocolate shop. Host was very responsive and helpful. We checked in very late and had easy entry with the keybox. A very quiet place to stay for a few nights before travelling home after a faster-paced 9 days in Paris.

Peaceful accommodation in a beautiful setting

I had a nice stay for a month in the apartment which is cozy, well appointed and equipped. The street is quiet and there is free parking nearby. You can walk to the center of Saint Germain en laye to go to the market and find all the shops you need. Antoine is also very responsive and attentive if there are any questions.

The apartment is very warm and comfortable, everything is new, well arranged, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Fouad is a thoughtful and very welcoming host. I would highly recommend it.

The accommodation is close to the station and well served, the accommodation is compliant and well maintained and the host is attentive.

Suzana welcomed us very well, the house was perfect and very clean. We did not have time unfortunately to enjoy the beautiful garden!

Sarah's apartment is very nice, it is located in a very pretty suburb of Paris, perfectly connected by RER A to the center of Paris. There is a castle in Saint-Germain en Laye, nice shops, a lot of restaurants and a nice market a few minutes' walk from the apartment. Communication with Sarah was very good, quick and helpful. We would come back!

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, located on a quiet, safe, and tidy street. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the experience.

Thanks to Buket for his availability, we had a lovely stay. This place is ideal for resting, what a pleasure in the morning to open the shutters and having this view of nature with only the sound of birdsong. The living space is very pleasant: spacious, bright, large comfortable sofa, record player to dive back into the past and projector for our movie nights. The rooms are spacious, the mattresses are good quality and we sleep in complete darkness. The terrace is spacious, angled. We were lucky enough to have the sun and make the most of it because the exposure is perfect! The outdoor furniture is complete with a hammock, my little pleasure after a good barbecue. The appliances are complete, large fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and you will have available tablets, household products, coffee, sugar, oil, sopalin, PQ... and a tea tray and cookies on arrival! Nearby: Giverny, Vernon and La Roche-Guyon.

A great place for the whole family- the village is beautiful and the house is spacious with a lovely, safe pool. Definitely more for groups with children than adults looking for a swanky getaway but that was exactly what we were looking for. Thanks Domnine!

We had a great stay with friends! The house is even more beautiful and large than in the photos, and there are plenty of amenities to have fun (ping pong, billiards, pétanque, vinyl, etc.). This is a real house used by hosts (and not a property exclusively for renting as we unfortunately find more and more on airbnb) and you really feel at home. Super well equipped kitchen, beautiful fireplace, huge garden and proximity to walks/hikes and other activities. Very warm and responsive hosts. I recommend it and hope to come back!

A fantastic house in a lovely location. Easy walk to the local station and shops. You can be in the centre of Paris in a short time. There is also the option to have a more relaxed day locally in the lovely area Would love to return

We had a great weekend at Samuel and Dominique's place. The house is very well equipped and matches the description and photos. The house was clean. We would recommend this listing.

Traveling to Paris for the Summer Olympics was a bucket list event, and finding a place to accommodate six adults comfortably would have its challenges. We lucked out and found this great house in Garches! There was ample space and the layout was great for three couples. Seonhee arranged our car service and met us upon arrival (with croissants and wine) to give us the house tour; she was so responsive before, during, and after our stay, including having her cleaning lady come in after the first week (for a fee)). She prepared instructions/directions and explained how the nearby bus and train systems worked which was very helpful. Even the grocery store is in walking distance making this a real prime location. The only drawback is to be mindful of the low ceilings on the top floor. If you're about 6' tall be aware to occasionally duck. Apart from that the house was great and we would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful family weekend at Gregory's beautiful home. Everything comes together for an unforgettable moment, it feels great, great spaces and great hospitality from Gregory 👍as well as very available if we had any questions. The added bonus is that we were able to stay on Sunday until evening with an extra charge it was super nice, we were able to barbecue and fully enjoy the huge garden and its heated pool I recommend this house blindly for a family stay, crazy memories guaranteed

Thank you Lionel for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the Easter weekend. We really appreciated the effort to open the pool earlier for us as our children were able to enjoy it during sunny days in the garden and found the local recommendations very helpful, finding a trip to the lovely medieval town of Montfort-L’Amaury a particular highlight. The bedroom arrangement was ideal for two families of four and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home to be enjoyed around the dinner table. You would never know how close you are to Paris - a real escape!
