A small stone house with sea views, a large terrace, and a parking spot. The indoor space consists of a gallery with two beds . In the lower part there is an open space with a kitchen, a dining room living room with a large sofa bed for two people, and a bathroom with a shower. The house has a separate entrance and its own parking lot next to the entrance.

Set in very private grounds in the heart of the olive grove. Suitable for family vacations away from traffic, crowd, noise..yet only 7 km from the center of Šibenik. Guests can enjoy private beach in front of the house. On the dock, there is a boat mooring and a mooring buoy for guests arriving by boat. Canoe and kayaks are free for our guests.

Swimming pool, relaxation area, centralised AC that cools a bit the house in case of high temperature. Walking distance to old town, 400 m from the beach. Cleaning 1,5 hour per day.
