Beautiful penthouse in the heart of Zaragoza. The apartment is spacious, bright and cozy. It has a small terrace with spectacular views of the historic center. It is equipped with everything needed to enjoy a few days in our beautiful city. We rent the apartment with a parking space, but it is not in the same building but in another one a few meters walk away. The building has an elevator, which goes up to the 4TH FLOOR. The penthouse is on a FIFTH FLOOR and has to climb from the fourth to the fifth walk. Not a lot of stairs but can be a problem for people with difficulty climbing stairs or people who have a hard time bringing up baby carts.

Nice spacious apartment in El Actur, Zaragoza. 30 meters from the Grancasa Shopping Center, (with bowling alley and cinemas) it is also in front of the World Trade Center, (WTCZ) a very wide selection of bars and restaurants (that satisfies all tastes), aquarium, expo area, water park with an artificial beach, 10 minutes from the city's historic center by tram that stops very close. Taxi access next door. Children's train to Galachos de Juslibol. Near bus/train station 10 minutes by taxi, airport 10-15 minutes by taxi.
