The location of the house at an altitude of 800 meters above sea level guarantees fresh air, silence and constant forest bathing. It inspires creative work. Nearby are trails to Babia Góra, Hala Krupowa and Mosorny Groń with downhill and cross-country skiing trails. A paradise for MTB enthusiasts (Babia Góra Trails!). You can start your skitour right outside the house. Horse riding, Black Daniel Park next door.

The cottage is located on the outskirts of Żywiec, in a quiet and quite idyllic district, but the city centre is only 3 km away. The start of the Velo Soła bike path is a short distance away, and Lake Żywiec is 5 km away. There are plenty of ski slopes and hiking trails nearby.
